Jack in the Box, Grand Prairie TX

Messed up my order three times and still did not get it right I'm just so upset I just took the food

I haven't been to a Jack In The Box for a long while and decided to stop in on a whim. I do like the interior redesign and they still have my old favorites from when I was a kid but that's where the good feelings end. The short Hispanic lady that rushed me through my order seemed more concerned with the conversation about dinner plans she was having on her headset with what I'm assuming was another employee. I actually wanted to order more but given this lady's in attentiveness and borderline indifference I decided not to. After getting a cup I walked over to the drink machine which was dirty and cluld easily be remedied with a rag and some mild cleaner. I will give kudos to the skinny younger girl that actually handed me the order, she was very polite and actually asked if I wanted condiments, this is the person who needs to be taking orders.

Good service young lady at the drive thru was very respectful and patient with difficult customer ahead of me.

All Jack in the Box's are good except for the one that said at pioneer and beltline in Grand prairie Texas is the most disgusting horrible unprofessional stealing crocked Jack in the Box in the world

My wife was upset she really wanted their egg roll and this location said they were out, so then I had to hear about how upset she was so not happy at all

I like Jack in the Box and this is the only one near me. However 7 times out of 10 they forget something that I paid for and I have to go back and get it.

Atypically fast food quality for their main items. Overall, the place was clean and employees friendly.

Always my quick go to and leave it to Jack to always have something new and interesting on the menu.

Rude people they get my oder wrong evertime i go ther would recommend cus its a restaurant why not but the people that work ther are Verry rude

We went threw drive threw. We had to repeat our order many times.got up to window was told to drive up.we did took 10 min to get food checked food
Associate took off before checking is order correct.was incorrect but had no time to go back.drive threw to me means to order n go. Won't be going back to this one.

Seems like every time we go in here, we have to ask them to wipe off a table. The place can be empty and not have one clean table. They need to understand that just because their kind customers put thier trash in the trash can, does not make the table clean. The food is good, they just need to take some time to ensure their guest have a clean place to eat.

Food was great. I'd rather wait a few minutes for my food to be cooked than go thru a quick drive thru where food is microwaved. Good customer service too.

This visit took 5 minutes to even place my order that was three Number 4's and only 1 was different. The lady asked me to keep repeating and at 1st I thought it was because she didn't understand English but as we pulled up to the window we realized that she was laughing, playing and talking to the other employees that were cooking. Lastly, when we looked at our burgers (that were supposed to be Jumbo Jacks) look as if they were sausage biscuits because they were so SMALL.

Food is gross and service is real real slow - head down a bit further to a better Jack - this place sucks

The water burger off Forest Hill drive and 20 has always been one of the best I've gone to, the clerk's at the counter as well as the drive thru r happy to wait on u, my orders always correct.the store and restrooms clean and fresh. Love the whataburger in forest hill.

The cashier doesn't understand 2 from 10 they messed up order twice and the cashier was acting like my fault and very very bad attitude im an Hispanic and wouldn't talk Spanish in an English restaurant

Usually I get a real nice lady. But at 3 this morning this lady was hella rude! She needs to learn customer service. If you don't like your job then don't work there.

We have come 2 times and ordered food here. Order is always wrong and they forget or to lazy to put the eggs in the breakfast sandwiches that we order for class. We spent 50 dollars here to only get less then half what we asked for. Dont eat here
