Jack in the Box, San Antonio TX

I'm done with this location. I don't go to JITB very often, but this WAS the one I went to when I did. After a visit where I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, they had redeemed thenselves. The past two visits went fine. This morning I sat at the menu for 3 minutes before anyone came over the speaker. The girl told me they weren't open yet. It was after 7 AM! What do you mean you're not open yet? !? ! Done.

I had a couple of meal vouchers from Jack Corporate and while they said one item redeemable the CSR assured me that any location will reimburse the full meal. After a slight misunderstanding at this location the Manager set us up right. The food was accurate and hot. Not being to eat indoors is really a pain but it was still, all considered, OK. 5-stars for above and beyond.

I had a wonderful experience tonight. I had the pleasure of being served by a young lady named Bre. I use a cup holder for my 3 year olds food so she can eat in the back. They were out and she insisted on finding something for me. I was in awe with her. She came back to tge window and found some. Thank you Bree I hope I get lucky and have you take my order again

I'm a truck driver. It's 10 p.m. Tried calling in order no answer. Walked up to restraunt door, locked. Only drive thru working. I'm in a semi.
Saw a number on the door called it. Some poor guy who was fast asleep answers tell's me he's the District Manager. I apologise to him for unknowingly waking him up, thought it was the store phone number. He listens to my problem and says not to worry about it he'll call the store manager and have him come to the door to take my order.
Store manager comes out 6 minutes later, takes my order and then brings it out.
Guys you wanna talk about service!
Whoever this District Manager was who helped me I offer him my most sincerest thanks.
I was hungry, with a very limited option of where to get food at that hour. He got me out of a jam.

Came all the way from New Braunfels to come stop at this jack in the box which online and door and windows say open 24 hours but when getting to the location. You should always be opened when you have your hours of operation posted. I am a District Manager for another QSR. This is something that needs to looked into!

Busy as always, staff was polite and friendly, but they did get one of our burgers wrong. I always go to this one though, because they usually get my order spot on. And no matter who is working they are always nice.

Ice machine was busted and the soda was low on fizz. Had a Buttery Jack which was just okay. I've had better food at other locations.

This location is always good and when I complained about the coke they went out on the floor so they could get me one that was more to my liking so my thanks to the sweet drive-thru employee

Friendly but understaffed. Waited in the drive-thru line a total of 20 mins, behind 2 cars, just to get 2 orders of tacos.

Tacos were great, not greasy at all! They were as pictured on the menu and that NEVER HAPPENS at jack in the box! Only con was the entrance sign led to a big rig truck parking lot, but once we found it we were happy with the outcome!

How on earth Jack still in business? I think Jack's is the worst of all fast food in customer service.

Service needs much improvement. From the time I ordered till I received my order was 30 mins. Place is always slow and they don't care. Corporate needs to put a foot you know where. That's why I rarely come here and I live literally 5 mins from this place. Horrible each time.

Service was terrible, place was run down needed a lot of renovation. Staff were only 2 people and staff was not very friendly will not go back there as service is a dying industry now I guess. A 2 is being generous

Horrible service everytime I go there they always forget something. Customer service is the lowest of any fast food place. Now I see why they are closing the stores. This is the last time I will ever eat at any Jack in the box.

Jack in the Box is one of those fast food places I like to go to late night. I love there egg rolls and there curly fries are pretty good too. I have been kind of disappointed because I want to try the caramel iced coffee but every time I ask for it they are out of caramel. This has been the case at 2 different locations.

The ice machine is still broken. So is the ceiling fan. One blade is about to fall to the floor, and the whole fan is about to fall out of the ceiling. The whole place is filthy. The employees watched us stand at the counter for about 4 minutes, while they walked around talking to each other before helping us. The tables were sticky. The floor was sticky. The whole location is terrible.

Drive thru was very slow she didnt do my order right told her 3 times got to window she lost my order had to re-take it

Food was hot and fresh. Only bad part was ice machine in lobby was down and they knew it. Yet every single person still had to ask them for ice from the back instead of them just doing it

I have been sitting here at drive thru for more than 3 minutes now and no one has even said anything. I even called with no answer. Wow and just now turned off the order screen.

Ordered an number one combo. The bread tasted stale. Asked for curly fries and MORE THAN HALF of my fries were not. Will not revisit this location.
