Jack in the Box, Denison TX

Did not tell me that they did not have tacos, just added extra fries in my box and expected that to be ok. This store is usually good but that was bad business. I am going to complain.

The man taking our order wasn't very friendly and had quiet the attitude. All of our stuff wasn't in the bag.

The food is ok here. Your never sure if its going to be burnt or cooked good. There dont seem to be a quality check stage for the food here. There should be but when they are not busy the staff is very nice and polite and the food is good. When they are busy the staff can be a little rude and the food is usually burned and nasty. I usually only really chose this place if its late at night and there isn't anything else open or I want breakfast in the middle of the day on the go.

I used to would brag on the late night shift. They have messed up my order 4 times now, AND REFUSE T0 MAKE IT RIGHT. I don't ask for anything special at all*-just "number 4 combo, large with curly fries and a sweet tea. " That simple! And NOT ONCE have they done anything to correct their f ups, when I'm wasting time and money here while they get paid to screw folks over. That is a negative 1.
You won't be seeing me put any wear and tear on the tread of my tires pulling in that parking lot.

Had the new butter jack. It was small and dry with little flavor. Fries were good and service was swift and friendly.

JACK IN THE BOX IS THE BEST! I LOVED MY BACON ULTIMATE CHEESEBURGER. DELICIOUS. HOT. AND CHEESY!

The icey/slushy type drinks are terrific. You can Kick'em up with some Stoli Vodka if you're and adult and that's awesome as well ️

My choice for breakfast on way to work in that direction. Has always provided early morning service that is superior to McDonald's

Not my best place to eat, the food is kind of greasy, and if I have a choice between something else and Jack in the Box I will pick something else.

Jack in the Box of Denison is great for an affordable sit down meal on any given day. The food is made to order and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great place for the family.

Jack in the box in Denison Texas has always been extremely disgusting. The food is fine, but it's pretty hard to mess up fried/pre cooked frozen food. The dining area is always trashed. Not once have I been in there and not seen trash on the floor or bugs and dirt in various places. The management and employees make it clear to everyone around them that they hate their job.

Good place to get fast food because my little cousin works there and I'm very proud of her she is my little kitten

Ask for mustard on my burger. Got home and it had mayonnaise on it. This has happened multiple times.

Food ok, staff nice, but rough crowd tends to stay around there and a little dirty. Ok for drive through, but I never eat there inside.

Avoid this place at all cost. Slow service (drive thru) Read our order back to us correctly just wasn't prepared that way. Chicken patty was saturated with grease, I ordered the carne asada fries with curly fries. Instead of regular they messed up my order and gave me regular fries and two pieces of steak (no exaggeration) Money and time wasted.

It's an ok place. Don't critique behind the counter. The service is the slowest I've ever seen. They take the shake machine down at night so no late night shakes. The drive through is almost always forever long

Burnt egg rolls in old grease. Fries old on the topped fries. Late night.will not be returning!

Once they fire Ashley in Denison Tx, it will be great again.
But she is a toxic employee with a terrible attitude.
Great food, great prices and great location!

We we're coming back from Choctaw @ 4am and ordered 12 tacos. They were out of lettuce. Ok. We adjusted our order, some still wanted tacos. They had lettuce for the hamburgers but not tacos? !? Why couldn't someone be cutting lettuce for the tacos? Ok. Fine. So we order strawberry shakes. Guess what? They were out of strawberry shakes too.

Only had one bad experience in there all the other times food has been hot. Service has been great.
