22Jack in the box has some delicious chicken strips. I really thought I was eating a fish strip. The chicken strips are light and delicious.
I like it because I get to let people what's out there.lot's of great places to visit in San Antonio Texas
Drive thru service was horrid and the lady was very unprofessional at the window, she kept telling me she can't wait to leave. I just wanted what I ordered. The burgers bun was stale and the meat was luke warm. Not going to that location ever again.
I ordered some Tacos, not the small the regular 2 for $1.19+tax
Dam they were so dam good. I ordered 5, it came out to $6.44, you gotta try man.
Food was cold and milk shake was basically melted ice cream it was not thick like a milk shake should be and burgers were made so sloppy and made wrong
Cristian at the drive-thru yesterday was incredibly helpful in explaining the ever-confusing, new "Jack boosted" coffee to us while helping us order exactly what we wanted albeit we were not making any sense. Thank you, sir!
I give it a 4 star only cause it's still not open for people to go in and be able to eat yet. But other than that it was good. The lady was very respectful they were fast and on too of that (was in the drive thru) I did not have a vehicle and still let me place an order and they gave me my order For drive thru you have to be in your vehicle in order to be able to order, thus I though was awesome!
This place sux.waited over 20 min for food. It was cold when we got home and my poppers were burned. Alled no one answered. Went back and wouldn't even refund them only remake. The girl said she wasn't authorize for refunds.
Food is great. Just it took 10 min for us to order when we were the only ones here. Plus the prices we we're charged weren't the same as the ones displayed. The number 14 was supposed to be 6.99 as a combo. Receipt said 7.98, and this is just the meal alone with no tax or anything. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT? ️
Stopped for breakfast at 6am and was told they didn't have any coffee, have been multiple times since it's close to the house and it's always a risk as to wheawhei have the correct order or not. Might be best to eat in so that you can make sure large orders are correct.
Are they always closed at night after 10pm? Is the register down again? What's really going on?
Crew completely ignored us for almost 10mins before taking our order. They were very rude and seemed to not care about doing there job.
To slow poor service to dark in drive through trapped so you cant get out of line if its taking to long
They suck they don't have enough workers they never have anything on the menu to make for service you only could cook certain foods
Place is just plain trash! Need new management and employees. And most importantly better customer service! "What!? What else do you want"!? "Better customer service"! And food in stock.
Loaded fries were fresh and the service was fast along with fresh burgers and custpmer sercice was outstanding.
Omg tell me this- where do the employee's wash their hands and do they? Flies everywhere The bathroom look like something from a scary movie! Nasty, dirty, hepatitis just ready to spread to you just as soon as you enter, this toilet haven't been cleaned in months, i know the manager and district manager has saw this. If the bathroom look like this - what does the kitchen look like? The health department should really take a look at THIS.
NEVER AGAIN! This location has poor service. The drive thru guy wasn't taking orders he was on his cel phone while a guy was waiting for his order to be taken. After about 10 mins the guy came inside to order. Same employee was rude to a lady ordering and told her he didnt want to be there and told her he didnt want to take her order. The three employees there seemed to be on drugs.this place has poor service
DO NOT EAT HERE they need to be SHUT DOWN, I feel bad for who ever OWNS this Jack In the Box it’s obvious they don’t care at all, we sat in the drive they for 10 minutes two cars behind two in front not movin while all the employees were outside laughing and talking. DISGUSTNG
Happened 4-15-18 at 12: 30 AM: I pulled up to the order box as usual. "Be right with you in a minute, " they said. I waited at the order window for nearly 10 minutes. I finally spoke up twice when I saw 3 cars ahead of me receiving their food. There was still no response, so I pulled to the drive-thru window. I explained to the attendant that nobody took my order and I needed to place it there. He then told me he couldn't take my order because they had "a nighttime rush of orders" behind me. Absolute garbage service and poor management. Will be spreading the word about this location.
