Paid for 8 tacos and got 4.called 5 times and they never answered. Wasn’t given a receipt so can’t even go back and get the food I paid for. But it’s awesome that I paid for 4 tacos I never got. Blows my mind that they did this over 4 tacos which is $3 or less. Check you food before you leave and make sure they give you what you paid or your receipt because there’s not much chance to get it back afterwards. It’s awesome wasting/losing money in a pandemic like this ️

This Jack was a hub for the homeless due to a labor hall next door, which has since closed, and it's not as bad. However Jack's food is still good there.

This place is drama after midnight some nights I decided to wait for my food that took close to 30 min. Then I saw the manager cus out a customer over the drive thru then came out and continued with the confrontation.

Lots of vagrants nearby. They have police inside. I don't know if it is temporary or will they be inside a lot but glad they were here today.

It not as bad as used to be. It is convenient on the way to the medical Center or the museum district. I sometimes stop by here on the way to work. I have seem a lot of improvements here. At this location.

Bad service food usually not too good only one friendly manager a black lady with short hair everyone else is rude

Breakfast breakfast breakfast breakfast on economical budget (optional feeding family in the am) biscuits fresh! Like I made them with a hint of butter flavor. Yum.food fresh and cooked to order.eating at location for over 15yrs!

This place is a radical place you have to buy something just to go pee I'm glad it is not like that here in Pasadena

Cashier was really friendly. You do get slot of transients. Right across from metrorail. Slot of homeless people walking around.

Old fat racist b****** forgot my ketchup for the fries and when I went in there to get it thay treated me like I was some asshole off the street. Rude fat ladies. The food ain't worth paying money for it. They can't cook for nothing anyway. Thay just mad cuz thay 78 years old and still working at a fast food joint

It's tasty, it's relatively fast, it's relatively cheap. This location is opened 24/7. Midtown is infested with homeless drug addicts who hang out near there. Don't fall for their scam.

Its near wheeler station, if you don't mind the homeless asking for money. I've been eating here since I got to Houston in 09.

The customer service is ok. Lots of rude folks there but Dominque is the best worker who I feel need to be a manager due to her customer service she is the only reason I go there.

Many of the drinks were unavailable whole I was there & this was during the lunch time hours. The food was good but considering the fact that I purchased a drink with the intention on getting the particular drink I paid for & the fact that it nor my alternative choice were available, was quite disappointing.

Literally the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I had to repeat myself 3 times at the drive through and had to wait 20 minutes for my food. Also had three people asking me to buy them food.

Night shift is 2 stars
Workers often forget parts of orders, like drinks, meal sizes, straws, etc.

Hostess was rude. Kept interrupting me to rush my order in the drive thru. My 2 and the next patrons thumbs down. Poor service is a generous comment

Morning manager is rude! Have been here several times before work and have had the same bad experience.

8: 47am on a friday a black lady who claims she was the manager by the name of Michelle a little bit tall and a little big didn't want to give me a cup of water when I had asked her for a water cup with my meal. First PLACE I ever went to in my 23 years of living where I was denied water.

Took a too long to order and too long of a wait for food. Everything I ordered was there, but none of it was made as I requested. It was put on the receipt correctly. Popular area for vagrants.
