Jack's Stereo, Killeen TX

This was in 2019 I had a Cadillac Escalade and I had a kicker box speakers and they install them for me and gave me a nice price they are very awesome I give them five stars all the way Jack's stereo rocks

They have the best customer service I’ve ever received so far. They work with you on payments and they are very knowledgeable on their stereos. Definitely recommend coming here.

Excellent customer service, very welcoming and polite. This was my first visit and they not only looked at the issue, they went ahead and fixed it. My daughter was so excited to have her radio fixed finally.

I simply went to get my ground terminal screw fixed because it would tighten down. These cats moved my ground 12 goes in and out now and the ground is still loose and started smoking. I also had a cargo net in the trunk attached to hooks and rigged they took it out broke 1 of my hooks then just threw my sht back in the trunk without attaching anything. My music sounds worse then it did before i went there. I highly recomend you go elsewhere to get your sounds done. Theres more i can say about little hater sht i noticed invthe car and windshield wiper fluid but I'll leave it at they trash and unprofessional.

These guys do great work. Brought my car in it had been in other Audio shops before for a whine I was having and these guys took care of the whine and also wired a whole subwoofer system same day. Bless up

Super helpful guys, I needed to have my subs hooked up and the guy at the desk came out and helped me in the hot sun too! You don’t find customer service like that these days! Awesome

I don't know what Jack's ppl r talking about but the one I went to was unprofessional, kept changing prices, and the 2 little boys that waited on me was all about money, 1st I was told 125, then I was told 395, then I was told a whole different price after I told them a Lexus, in my opinion if u was to get ripped off then go to Jack's, cause they tried to rip me off, bad, bad, bad business practices Jack's I'll NEVER SEND NO MORE BUSINESS UR WAY GET IT TOGETHER JACK'S FRFR

Mike & Tyler has gotten me tooken care of with my difficulties with my car ️️️ very accommodating and sweet.

I've had speakers installed in two vehicles at this location. No problems at all. I let them know that I wanted to upgrade the speakers in my Malibu bc I wanted them to hit a little harder & Mr. Mike definitely delivered. Thank you.

If y’all go to jack stereo in Killeen talk to mike, he’s gonna have you right and taken care of for the audio installation.

So when it comes to stores in Killeen, finding a place that has both knowledgeable, and friendly staff can be a challenge. But this is one of the few locations that I can say has both. I can't speak for the install quality at this location, but there inventory is decent and my experience was a pleasure. If you're looking for car audio or for car related service. This would be a good place to start.

The only reason I gave them 2 stars was because of the guy at the front desk, such a nice guy, customer friendly. The rest of the experience was horrible! It took the guy who did my speakers 4 hours and left my truck a mess. I got no sense of expertise or technical savvy from my installer. He didn’t want to do the work needed to make it right and damaged the speakers that I bought, so he could use them for spare wiring, who does that? ! I will never go there again. Most people take advantage of others thinking oh well who else are they going to go to? With the current hard times, they are going to feel the impact of their lack of passion, enthusiasm, and urgency.if they keep going this way business will dwindle, plus he scratched my interior door and left my truck left with the screws and trash. Just the worse experience in Killeen.

This is not my first bad experience with them. First time I came in because my speakers were busted, I told them this. I wanted a quote on speaker installation. They had to take it into the back to get a quote. They came and told me my speakers were busted and charged wanted to charge 259 to replace them. I said I’m good then they charged me like 37 dollars for a diagnostic. Didn’t appreciate that after I told them the speakers were busted. Now today, I go there to get my radio installed. He said $75 dollars, then I get there and he tells me $199. But I already had the radio. He then says 75 dollars was the labor. He was saying the dash kit and other wiring was the difference. What he didn’t know was I saw that stuff at Walmart, it’s like $25 for all that stuff. So what is the other $100 dollars for. This place got me once, and tried to get me again. Never again fam. I’m good on Jack Stereo. Can’t tell me $75 over the phone, then I get there and u say $199. Bad business and a waste of time.

I went here to get my aftermarket headrest DVD players looked at since they stopped working. I bought the car with them already installed but they still looked at them and fixed the issue in lest than an hour and less than $50. Who ever installed them did a bad job at wiring them but the guys at Jacks took care of it. Definitely will be back.

I brought my new deck here that I bought from bestbuy that was for sale because it was an open box which ended up being a bad radio. I ended up buying a deck from them and was scared about affording installation and the deck and they ended up helping me out! I recommend these guys.
