Jackson County Hospital District, Edna TX

Can do there jobs right son came in for a bug bite the swollen up his whole face clearly i gave my 4 year old benadryl and swollen didn’t go down took him for them just to do the same thing and tell me to take him home doctor never came back in nor did nurse so how do they know if the swollen went down hands down the worst hospital of all time they allways have been have tons of more stories as well

I have gone to this Hospital multiple times now and I am so impressed with the care I have received! Most recently, I've been to the Imaging Center to have multiple ultrasounds and mammograms and I could not be more happy with the professional, patient, and caring treatment I've received. I specifically want to thank Theresa (mammogram) and Kat (ultrasound) for their conscientious care.

Prior to living in Jackson County, I've gone to various medical centers in bigger cities including Corpus Christi, San Antonio, New Braunfels, and Salt Lake City, and though I've gotten adequate care, I did tend to feel like I was just another random patient in those places. Here at this hospital, I genuinely feel like they care about individuals and take the necessary time to be both caring & thorough, which I appreciate so, so much.
