Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, Midland TX

Said I qualified, but they just wanted to issue a card, I got more last year then this year, charge more than last year, poor. Service, I'll never go there again

Walked in and wanted an appointment for the next day which I got. Kelly is the most amazing and wonderful person, she has done my taxes for 3 years and has always gone above and beyond. I will continue to do my taxes with her for years!

Kelly did my taxes this year and last year and the year before.each experience ends in laughter, satisfaction, & appreciation on both parts. She makes you feel as if your life long friends. She explains tax language with out making you feel dumb or cheated. I forgot about a job a had worked at and she was patient with me, she stayed on it, each email I sent her and my employer sent her she responded quickly. She communicated with me about new changes in laws and how they directly effected my transaction. I implore anyone who hasn’t filed yet to set an appointment with her immediately! If you do you will not regret it! Her kindness and professionalism are a RARE find in Midland!

At Jackson Hewitt was very unexpected, if you are looking or want someone that’s honest, upfront and for the people she’s your woman literally, for two years I made the same kind of money but never receive a good return, she can maximize your refund the right way no matter if you are a company owner, a 1099/contractor or a W2-W4-W9‘s She can get the job done and on top of that, not only is she eager and devoted to maximize you taxes she is very knowledgeable and respectable no matter how broke you are or how rich you are she will do her job like no other!
