I wish I could say that I had a good experience but I didn't I can't lie. So first I made an appointment for my taxes for 2021 and the lady who help me made me feel so small in a couple of seconds and then she started talking to me about the taxes then to find out it was going to be alot of money to file then she told me she well call her boss to see what he could do he never answer the call because supposedly he was in a meeting. Then she went on to say why do I call you instead of you waiting here then I can give you a quote I was so upset because I wasted my Thursday off waited a hour or two to be told come back when I give you a call like really that isn't professional to do that to people and not to mention that she never called until 4 weeks after I just gave up and end up with H r block then they had the nerve to call me and say that if I still wanted to file my taxes after I was there for two hours and waited for that lady phone call and they decide to do it 4 weeks later I am sorry you don't do that to costumers and also I haven't receivedy 2020 taxes return which was done with them and they expect me to wait for almost 2 years already and now I don't know what to do they don't want to help and I am running out time and resources so yeah I wouldn't come to them for any taxes return that why I gave them a 1 for poor professional.

This is the first time I have used Jackson Hewitt and am so glad I came. They helped me with my taxes-heard me out about my concerns-and got it all done in one appointment. Thanks Jackson Hewitt!

I have been dealing with JH for years. They have always come through in service for me. I've been told to do my own taxes for free online and save money but to ime t's all about the service and the confidence I have with JH.

Great experience today with tax preparer Adriana. She was very friendly and helpful. Took the time to answer any questions I had. She was very knowledgeable and quickly prepared my return. Got a great price for the preparation with my coupion. Will definitely be referring others to her and requesting her next year during tax time!
