3There is definitely a problem with racism in the plant between the employees. The supervisors who are hispanic are rude and very disrespectful. They are stealing time and allowing their relatives who they have hired to do so also. To work here you're going to have to be Hispanic. This is definitely one of those companies where Hispanics look out for hispanics. The main company is based in California so i'm wondering if they even have a clue to whats going on here in Texas. Sooner or later they are going to be caught in the middle of a discrimination lawsuit because of the hispanics they have as supervisors. They have Hispanics claiming 160 to 180 hours per pay period and are not even on the premises. Franko, Rafael, Tony, Ron and Daniel are all the ones who are involved in all of the wrongful and unlawful acts committed at this plant. Discrimination truly lives and thrives at this company.
I use to work there and the Supervisors that suppose to be leaders. Are Very Disrespectful, Racism lives here. If you are not Hispanic you are going to get treated the same. This company don't care about there employee's. Its a Hell hole
8+ hours to get unloaded and I still had a sizeable heel amount left and they refused to take it off
