6Overall a great experience. I wouldn't definitely recommend this complex. Great location and the staff was responsive and ready to jump in whenever we needed them.
As a supplier business partner we love working with Jacquelyn Place Apts. The staff is wonderful. They communicate well, always professional and quick to respond to any of our needs. We enjoy being one of their preferred business partners.

The best apartment management i ever had. Great location quiet neighborhood. Great apartments very solid building, floors dont feel like you going to fall through the next floor. Very clean and i feel safe for me and my family. Im thankful for Ramon he helped us when we was down on our luck

One month move-in update! - My fiancé and I were recommended Jacquelyn Place apartments after we had an issue at our last complex. We were really just picking up and leaving mid-lease, and needed something fast that was in our budget. Ramon was super quick, kind, and very helpful in getting us set up. One thing that should be noted, there are 3 different apartments under the same site. Jacquelyn, Johanna, and Amelia are three different properties, with different layouts, but all under the same umbrella (since I see some confusion in the reviews).
We originally were looking at Amelia, but like I said we needed to be out asap, and Ramon was extremely wonderful in setting that up. We can't thank him, and Eric the maintenance man who let us see his apartment, enough for being so pliable with our timeframe.
The space itself is great, everything works, has a dishwasher, garbage disposal, in unit washer and dryer, parking is NOT extra, we have two beds/baths and a patio so it's more than ample enough for two people, and it's close to everything - literally in the middle of Galleria area and the Heights.you're also just down the road from I10 so ikea, edwards theatre, etc are all just nearby.
So far, 10/10, I would recommend for the price and quality!
