I called Jeff Carr at the Cresson location to help me create a 40x24 carport with gutters. Jeff wasted no time and had drawings and an estimate to me immediately! Everything was carefully delivered in a timely manner. Boom! Project complete! A big thank you to Jeff and the Jag Metals team for a job well done!

I contacted JAG Cleburne in August 2023 for a quote for a steel material order after doing business with them for about 4 orders of material with favorable pricing. However, after placing my request for a quote in August, I contacted JAG Cleburne three times with full reassurance that Jesse would get back to me on the quote. I never received any call or follow up on the quote. A customer should never have to chase a supplier for a quote.

I met a rep.from JAG Metals at the Ft. Worth Stock Show last January and he seemed friendly and knowledgable. I reached out and got an initial positive response, but when we started to move further into the process, I never heard back from them. I can't say they do a poor job, but they sure weren't interested in my business. We were planning to build a large barn. I'm not sure what happened. I hear this isn't unusual for metal building companies. I certainly cannot recommend them.

Top quality products and people, used to order one day and pick up the next, now they are busier so you have to wait a day or two longer but still worth the wait.they have enough room they need to consider stocking jchannel trim so you can walk in and get it and walk out, sadly I have had to do that and found it cheaper which surprised me, still overall glad to give them our business

Excellent quality materials at a very good price! I always rely on Jag metals to have materials in stock and they never let me down. This is the place to go especially when you run a business and need materials fast.

Can not thank Trooper and Justin enough for their fast response in getting us the materials needed in putting a roof back on after a storm. Trooper was more than willing to help on a Saturday which was his day off and I am so grateful. Great company and great people.

Delivery Driver Review

Easy check in and the staff inside was courteous but it took 2.5hours to get unloaded.

On a positive note customers got attended to and loaded quickly. They had a clean and stocked yard.
