Jakes Burger and Beer, Addison TX

The burger and appetizers were good. I had the double bacon cheese with fries and the half and half fried pickles and japs. The restaurant has a pungent odor to it like a bad floor drain. Ordered the hurricane marg it was horrible. I would go back for the burger not the rest.

Burgers are huge. Cheese tots appetizer was great. Great flavors.
Very good service.
Lots of good parking. Road construction (winter and spring 2023) can cause delays.

The food and atmosphere was great.
Gaby was very kind attentive and friendly. Owner even came to check o. How our meal was. Cam in from Corpus Christi.

This location is weird. Food wasn't great, the waitress was weird, and the menus smelled like dirty diapers. The whole experience was bad. I love Jakes, but this location is not the one.

Great place for early dinner with the wife, baby and me. Wish there was a happy hour but burger and staff couldn’t have been better.

Also loved the Uptown location but this one is modern, clean and upscale.

Will be back - and want to try their weekend brunch!

I ordered the cheese fries on door dash and they came without any toppings. I paid over $9 for fries with just cheese and no ranch. They show toppings in the picture. They are a rip off at least if your order online. My advice is order in and make sure you get what you pay for.

It was a nice place service was above average good environment. My kids enjoyed it. I always find restaurants kids food is not decent but here it is very good I'd recommend the chicken strips

The service was slow! I ordered the classic with pepper tops. The meat itself was hot but the bun was cold. The margarita take like limeade.

Good food. Had the burger w their recommended fries. Would definitely go back. Server was really nice as well!

Used to go to Jakes as a kid and the burgers are even better than I remembered. Great onion rings, delicious burgers, wonderful and quick service from our server, Ben.

Walked in and there was a stench that reminded me of mixture of toilet water and old milk, I wasn’t acknowledged so I waited awhile, bartender and server said nothing so I left and went to the pizza place next door which had good food and great service

Now to the food! I love love love Jakes cause they never disappoint, and this visit was no exception. I got the Chicken Fried Bacon Burger, added sautéed onions and mushrooms, and a fried egg, and it was delicious! For my side, I got the sweet potato fries with marshmallow dipping sauce. Everything was perfect, per usual?

A nice restaurant worth returning. We came here with a few coworkers and overall we believed it was worth coming back. The store has a new design with open ceilings and naturally illuminated. I had the Jalapeño Burger and it was quite large, it actually didn't fit a full bite and I had to cut it. The fries need to be ordered separately which seems to be a new trend but I would rather keep it simple for the consumer. The food tasted fresh and the portion sizes are generous. Service was friendly and quick.

Had the buffalo chicken sandwich.very tasty.and, this was a surprise.their margaritas were kick-butt good. I didn't expect that from a no frills burger joint (shame on me). Had 2.service was a bit slow, server was terrific.had the half and half appetizer.fried jalapenos and pickles.typical bar snacks but also good.love that there were many large screens to watch all the different games at one time.

Great bar experience for the typical bargoer, and still family friendly enough to bring your kids to! Attentive servers who don't mind being personal with the right patrons

Had a lunch outing with my team. Good burgers and great atmosphere! Server was kickass as well.
