Jalisco's Bar & Grill # 2, Cibolo TX

Service was poor took 40 minutes to get a refill on soda as other people in my party got fast service for alcohol refills. Server even told me you just wait a minute after the third time I tried to get a drink refill.

I didn’t even want to leave one star! Food has no flavor. Resturant isn’t packed and the lack of service just sucks. We had to constantly be calling them for something we needed such as refills or tortillas while they stand behind the counter talking amongst each other. Definitely not coming back.

The food was not that great. I had the cheese enchiladas and they were not that good. My husband had the beef enchiladas and said he believed it was probably the red sauce on top throwing off the flavor for me. He liked his though.

They have physical menus in case you need them, as well as QR codes. Sit down anywhere and the hostesd will come up to you.

This is the only place in schertz tx that will make you feel like a real king. With amazing customer service and absolute delicious and lots of food for the money. You have to stop by!

I always go through their drive thru window when I need salsa and chips, guacamole, or Chile con queso. Perfect when you're in need of a quick side dish for a party. Convenient and tasty.

The restaurant is always clean, wait staff is friendly and professional! The food is so delicious, presentation and served at the right temperature! Yummy food!

Food was bland, nearly flavorless. The building is in HORRIBLE condition, and is infested with roaches, and wasps. DO NIT GO HERE IF YOU WANT SOMETHING GOOD!

Randomly decided to replace the fajita chicken quesadilla with the shredded chicken and not tell anybody. Thanks for that.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. There was only one other table besides mine. So there is no excuse for her laziness. The server hardly came by. Never asked how our food was. We needed salsa for our tacos and our server brought it after we were already finished. We had to get up multiple times to ask the TOGo person for more things. Absolutely ridiculous. Hire servers who actually know what they’re doing or who actually want to work. Never going back again.

The staff was friendly, but the food was terrible. My husband and I could not finish our entrees-the beef in my fajita taco salad was tough, flavorless, and didn't have a very appetizing color. The shell was overcooked. My husband's fajitas also lacked flavor and were tough. We paid full price for a meal that was sub-par. Disappointed.

This place is very disappointing. I agree with some of the comments on here. The food was bland. The service was horrible and I wouldn't waste my money going back. I don't know how you can manage to mess up potato and egg tacos but they did.

I ordered the Mexican plate. The crispy taco was layed on top of the enchiladas! So what's the point of saying CRISPY taco when it's the soggiest AND stale shell I have ever had. Next time I will follow my gut instinct and go somewhere better. Waste of money

Ordered a Gordita lunch plate, #17, and halfway through eating it found a roach inside the gordita. Needless to say I immediately became ill and I still can’t believe it. Never will return! Ever…

Good food, building needs a face lift from the inside, and new a/c units condensation was dripping in the dining room. I hope water didn't drip on my plate

Clean and spacious. Nice people. Had beef fajitas. A little disappointing but price was good. The pre-meal chips were stale but I ate them. The meat quality of the fajitas was not great-but I ate them. And had leftovers. Tortillas were great. I was pleasantly surprised by the sides, guac, rice and stuff. I was passing through and if I pass through again I might stop again-probably would.
