Honestly an experience. The three 16 year old girls working the place were SEVERELY undertrained. I don’t believe it was their fault for our 30+ minute wait for 1 drink, it seems like the management threw them to the wolves. During my wait I witnessed yelling, crying, panic, terror, and an employee lock up trying to use a machine.

Again I don’t believe this this is their fault, it is definitely an owner issue.

Ordered a gotcha matcha today, and it looked nothing like the advertisement in store. My drink came out practically white colored. When I asked if there was matcha in there because I couldn't taste any, the employee got an attitude with me saying that he made it correctly. Don't go here for overpriced incorrect drink orders.

I went and got an Açaí primo today and it was amazing. The service was very nice and the bowl was delicious. I will definitely be back!

The prices have changed but the menu board does not reflect the new prices that we were charged at the register. Service here is not the best. Most people here have an attitude and give off that “I’d rather be doing anything but work here kinda vibe”. Quality of the drinks are just okay but often taste worse than ever other Jamba Juice.

It made me leave a star but I would leave negative zero stars. This manager Tina Wang and her husband are EXTREMELY unprofessional. I ordered a 15 pack via the app (I frequent Jamba all the time) and once I arrived they had them in drink carriers. I can’t carry 15 drinks without the party pack box. So I asked the sweet guy that was helping me if they had a spare box and he called the manager in which they yelled at him. I then spoke to the manager and requested a refund since I can’t carry 15 drinks in drink carriers and he refused. I have already sent in my complaint to corporate and won’t stop until I am fully refunded. This is not how you handle customers or business. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! They aren’t equipped to handle large orders. Jamba offers a 15 drink party pack that has a box it comes in. This location doesn’t understand how something on their menu is supposed to come. They also refused to give me corporates number. I had to hang up in his face bc he was yelling.

They gave me the wrong order. I paid for two large and ended up with another order that had a small and a medium. The flavors were different from what I had ordered as well.

UPDATE: they gave me the correct order when I called and let them know about the issue. They made it really easy and were really nice about it.

NASTY! Nasty!
I have been going to Jamba Juice for almost 20 yrs. This was the first and WORST experience ever. Do not be fooled by all of the posted reviews in the store. The worker fixed my smoothie with her HAIR over my cup the whole time. When I asked for a refund the teenager in charge could not get in contact with the owner. I had to call and text using my phone b4 getting a response. I hope I get my refund.

Ordered, was asked again what I ordered at the window, was still made the incorrect smoothie. Parked, went inside, smoothie was remade for what I ordered and tasted NOTHING like greens and ginger. It was watery, kale was still chunky, the color wasn’t even the same. I get the same smoothie every single time, never deviate. This was the worst I have ordered - out $8 and smoothie was thrown out - wasn’t even edible. To top it off; you have a new hire there with no adult help or supervision.

This location is very clean and nice. Staff was friendly. However, there's a lack of consistency in the drinks ordered than other franchises. Does how you lose customers.

Sorry.this was my first & last visit at this store.

Giving a two because my smoothies were liquid. Went through the drive thru. The attendant was nice. Ordered a mango a go go and a match smoothie with strawberry bursters. I didn’t have time to get down and have them re make them. I usually come to this location and never had an issue with the way they make the smoothies.

I ordered the cold and brew from this location and the drink had about an inch of oil at the base. I requested a refund the employee was nice enough to call the manager and she refused to offer me a 7.00 refund for my drink her employee did not know how to make, I even asked for a free drink card to use at a later time (some places have those) and the employee said her manager who is Tina Wang does not give those out. I find it hard to believe that in todays world a place like Jamba Juice offers no refunds to their customers. Tina could have honestly walked her through the refund process or how to offer me a free drink for a later use but instead she left her employee with any resolution for the customer. So do yourself a favor and don’t visit this place drive to another smoothie/juice place with better customer service from management.

Asked for fresh orange carrot twist juice, they gave me slush who drinks fresh juice with this much ice, when i asked to replace it they said they are out of juice.

AMAZING SERVICE! Shaniyla was so patient with me as I didn’t know what I wanted to try. She suggested Amazing Greens for me and a Mango-A-Go-Go for my daughter and we enjoyed every drop of them both!

This was the third time I placed an order on the app and this time I sent my father to pick it up for me. Again, for the third time in a row, the owner, Tina Wang, was clueless as usual and said no one placed an order. Her employee was quickly able to step in and find both orders, no surprise there.

The problem arose when items were not available for one of the orders. My dad gave me a call to explain what had happened and that the owner was extremely rude about it and instantly I knew he was talking about Tina based on past experiences I have had with her. Anyway, this other employee tried to help again and was explaining to me on the phone that they haven't had the product I ordered in months and that she can help substitute for something else. That's when the owner snatches my dad's phone out of the employee's hand and instructs the employee not to help us. She then said they are busy and there's orders they need to do and took the employee away, no offer to refund or anything. I had to contact corporate to initiate the refund.

Corporate then proceeded to make the terrible decision to allow her to email me. She sent me the attached unprofessional email where she not only called me a liar, but also threatened to call the police next time because she didn't want to do her job. I don't know about you, but I think the police have better things to do and there's definitely not going to be a next time. You also can't really say someone is trying to make trouble when your own employee, with far better manners, was already helping set things right. All this over a few dollars where a simple solution would have sufficed. Judging by the other poor reviews, her trashy behavior isn't really surprising. I wouldn't even be surprised if she responds to this review just as classlessly.

There's another Jamba just on 5700 Legacy Dr that I highly recommend and is worth the extra 4 minute drive. I suggest you not waste your time at this location and risk a run-in with this Tina character. Her behavior is disgusting, inexcusable, and I'm surprised this company seems to be okay with that.
