Very rude, I went to have a charm placed on my bracelet and the lady said no because they were very busy When there was no other people there

There’s a James Avery storefront and then there’s a small one in Dillard’s, and I 1000% recommend the storefront one because the workers are so much more attentive and nicer there. They also have half sizes in the rings which is another bonus.

I went in JA Inside Dillard’s looking to put charms on a couple bracelets after ordering online. I was refused help from cindi (manager) who said it would take hours to complete the job because they were “too busy”. I asked another employee who helped me immediately with a smile. Her name was Michelle and I would recommend anyone reading this wanting to make a purchase speak to Michelle.

I’m giving it what I gave it and Elizabeth is the rudest person there I have been to other ones and they have the best customer service and she has the worst so far she did bad work and I don’t know how to say it

James Avery store inside TownEast Mall is always professional and always provide great customer service. I want to point out an employee by the name of Eizabeth whom always helps me and solders my charms. I highly recommend her.

I don't normally write on these boards, but tonight I'm mad! Terrible customer service at the Dillards location tonight! We were never greeted or even acknowledged! My husband finally about 20 minutes later said come on, let's go! Then someone said oh we'll be right with you. Keep in mind while we were waiting, 2 employees left for their break, still weren't even greeted! 10-15 minutes later someone finally came to help us but she was clueless. She had to call for help and the lady that came to help her tried to argue with me that what i was wanting to do was not their policy.even after i told her we had spoken to 2 DIFFERENT people at this location about this issue and both said to bring back receipt and will be no problem! Issue was FINALLY resolved but she was very rude and we will not be back! VERY disappointed!

So many workers who were just behind the counter talking! No one greeted us and were not helpful at all! No other customers in store but I was told it would be an 1 hour and a Half to put a charm on my bracelet I had brought in that I was given as a gift. I knew it would be a mistake visting this James Avery location!

Excellent service, every single time, it’s in the details. The Tissue paper the box the bag. I bought 6 items this past week and plan to get 3 more today. I highly recommend this location.

I didn't go into Dillards I went to the boutique itself the sales rep was very helpful in showing me what I was looking for my grand daughter's charmed bracelet for her birthday

I suppose they thought I was not going to buy anything because I was never greeted when I walked in, and I was never asked if I needed help during my visit, despite there being enough workers to help me. I will not be going back there because they obviously judge and do not want to help anybody who they don’t think will buy anything.
