Do not get your charms soldered at this location, they did a horrible job the loops on the charms were discolored and not round shaped. I’d rather go to first colony location in sugar land.

Unfortunately, this store did not live up to its full potential. I went into the store twice this week. I spent around $300 both times I went. (totaling just over $600). I went in this morning to buy 7 charms for my charm bracelet and was thrilled that the charms could be attached by 5: 00 today. In my past experience it takes a couple of days to soulder the charms onto the charm bracelet. I went to the location at 5: 30 the same day to pick up my charm bracelet. The soulder job was an ABSOLUTE MESS. At the sugar land location you can not see any blemish on the pins connecting the charms to the bracelet, however at this location the pins are discolored (copper colored). The pins are also deformed in shape. My previous charm pins (from the sugar land location) are perfect circles and silver all the way around. I am very disappointed with the service I received considering the amount of money I have spent at this location. I would have rather waited 2 days for them to soulder the charms than have what looks like a COMPLETE RUSH JOB. In the future I will drive the extra 10 miles to the sugar land location. Yes, they have a huge collection of jewelry at this store, but if you are planning on getting charms put on PLEASE go to the sugarland location. I am not the only one who has had this complaint either.

They wer so incredibly helpful! I bought a last minute gift here and from walk in to check out it was 20min! Coupons or a point system would be great.

As far as the Rosenberg location goes (at Brazos Town Center, on US 59), terrible customer service. My husband & I went in looking for new wedding bands, as a Christmas gift to each other.

Originally pleasantly greeted, we asked the sales clerk to show us a ring. She offered to check our ring sizes; we accepted and learned our ring sizes (4.5, and a 7). We asked about a particular ring, and she offered to bring that one out as well as a narrower one that might be available in my size (as the first may not be). We were pleased with her service at that point.

We tried on the rings, and decided we'd like to look at a few more. She seemed pleasant, and agreed to go get the other rings from the back.

Well, to our surprise, a different sales clerk returned and said he would now be taking care of us, as our original clerk was going on break. Okay, weird, but everyone needs a break, so we understand.

Only, she immediately reappeared on the floor and helped several other customers, circulating around the store/floor, actively looking for opportunities to help others. Not going on break, but certainly not helping us. We found this to be oddly rude, that she would for whatever reason decide to stop helping us, lie about it, and then so obviously help others instead.

On top of that, she apparently failed to tell her colleague that I actually needed a size 4.5, so when I asked about whether these rings were available in that size, he asked instead "Doesn't the 5 fit well enough? " (umm, no). We asked again, at which point he simply said no, they only had them in size 5. We weren't sure if that meant this store, or in general. We asked could it be sized to a 4.5, and finally the clerk looked it up and said yes, for a fee of $35 (half the price of the silver wedding band to begin with).

At that point, frustrated by the deceit and rude treatment of the first clerk in passing us off to someone else, only to help others instead, we expressed our frustration with this treatment and said we'd prefer to think about it. The clerk seemed flustered, but offered no apology. Two managers standing nearby watched this all and never approached us either.

Needless to say, we left without purchasing anything, and will under no circumstances return to this location. I'm astounded, honestly, to be treated so badly in a James Avery store; this certainly does not match their reputation.

I ALWAYS have a pleasant experience at this location. They are always friendly and fast. I love it here! The first colony location has lost all of my respect today was the last straw. Thankfully The Brazos Town Center location is nearby and has better and friendlier and more understanding associates who fix other locations mistakes. Thankyou soo much Alex!

Seeing as this is a new location they aren’t very helpful, oh and don’t let Antonio do your soldering, I’ve had to get the ring replaced within a few days so I wouldn’t lose the charm I just purchase. So your best bet would be Bypass this location and save time by heading to first colony.merry Christmas

This names Avery is one of the two that I have ever been to and I would just like to say that I absolutely love it! The employees are super nice and are always ready to help you when you need it. The place is always clean and organized with a refreshing smell. I’m obsessed with James Avery and I love their jewelry: the charms, bracelets, and rings. Definitely recommend visiting here! ️

This was my first visit at the Rosenberg location. I was very disappointed in the customer service that I experienced today. I went into the store to purchase charms and to take advantage of the promotion of receiving a free bracelet or necklace with purchase of 2 charms. After the cashier rang up my order she handed me my receipt and didn’t mention anything about the promotion of the free bracelet. I than asked about the free bracelet to which the cashier and her coworker proceeded to tell me that I had to ask for the promotional free bracelet at the beginning of the transaction to get it. Store associates continued to have a poor attitude stating that they would have to refund the transaction and start over. I visit James Avery locations quite often and never had to ask for a promotion. Usually when you walk into a business they will tell you about promotions and sales that they are having. This location really needs to improve on their customer service!
