20Went in to exchange a ring for a larger size. Was quickly helped by a very nice, professional young lady. We always have a great experience here at James Avery.
I have. Bought beautiful piece never had a problem returning and theyve all been real good till now that they are saying that they have that customer care where you return your piece new and all and you get another one for half price well if this is a piece of jewelry that is so highly crafted why cant they fix small scratches if any bs.well not be returning at all my jewelry is for sale! Horrible service james A not the same call its self religious its all about the mighty dollar now
I stopped in to have my lobster-clasp replaced on my charm bracelet and have borh bracelets cleaned. They were done in 30 minutes and were beautiful like new
I brought this ring in 1 week ago to be repaired. REPAIRED. The band was snapped and I asked of it could be put back together. NOTHING TO BE DONE TO THE ROSE. I picked it up today, and it looked like the new gen of rose rings they have. MY RING WAS FROM THE 1990s AND RETIRED! THEY AREN'T MADE LIKE THIS ANYMORE! The people who did the "repair" took it upon themselves to smooth out all the details on the leaves. My ring has deep sentimental value and is now just a craptacular piece of junk. The repair cost, which was more than what the ring cost back then, is getting refunded. A refund won't replace the memories that ring had.
The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Needed gifts for my daughters and they helped me find just what I was looking for. Highly recommend this location.
Was greeted immediately walking in and straight to a associate to help me with my bracelet. Valerie was friendly and knows her items in the store. I went ahead & bought a gift while my bracelet was getting it's charms put on. SAME DAY SERVICE! Amazing.

Sales associates were eager and ready to assist offering help with finding charms, explaining the charm numbers and current sales available. Store was lively with people and yet it didnt feel boisterous. When I went to heck out attendant was attentive and informative. And what surpassed my expectations more than anything was the efficacy of everything. Furthermore the time needed to have charms soldered was less than 15 or so minutes. I 100% recommend this location.
A freak accident severely damaged one of my favorite rings. I thought it was completely unfixable and sadly they don’t carry it anymore. To my my surprise they were able to fix it completely free of charge, within an hour and it’s back to being practically brand new! So incredibly happy! Another reason why I love James Avery!
The James Avery at the to Quarry is so friendly, very polite. I would avoid the James Avery inside Dillard's at Northstar Mall. I had exchange, was made to feel like the merchandise I had was not bought in the traditional way. We went to the Quarry very different, excellent customer service.
I was helped by Austin. Most kindest person ever! He was very out-going, helpful and had the answers to ALL of my questions. Again, he was very nice and super available.
I ordered my Mother's Day gifts online and wanted to pick them up in person. I was told 3 to 5 business days, my order should be ready. It was ready the same day. I drove to the store and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. My order was correct and beautiful. I will continue to shop this way. Customer service was also excellent.
Had 2 charms add to wife's bracelet. Quick service. At the same time bought 2 for my daughter and they added them to her bracelet. All in 20 minutes. Such quick and very polite service.

My wife and I went to purchase a pair of earrings today. We were greeted by an associate named Mike. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the merchandise.it's definitely an a+ in my book when an associate can take you directly to what you're looking for and you can be in and out. We are very satisfied and will be returning customers.

My daughter loves this place. Lots of charms to choose from as well as other jewelry and handbags. Friendly staff and they're making sure to minimize how many patrons are in the store. Everyone was wearing a mask and there's hand sanitizer available. They even sanitize the jewelry before handing it to try on.
