7Worker appeared to be new and was struggling with communication skills. She needed help with checkout. The pendant I wanted had the order number displayed with a different pendant. I wanted to order and have it shipped to my home. I asked how long it would take and she didn’t know. She asked someone to assist her. That person asked if she had checked availability. It turned out to be unavailable and on back order. The new helper advised that this could be returned or exchanged within the year. There were several items not available. They need better inventory control and a better training program.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. So glad they have one here in temple
Very nice service and selection with unique pieces. They have choices for all prices. Worth a stop if you want to find something different.

Now we have our own James Avery store here in Temple. So easy to get to. Oh the beauty of it all. The staff is very, very friendly and nice, helping you with all the things you need. A wonderful time of the year to visit. 5 's for this store. Going back again and again.
My wife is so excited that James Avery is coming to Temple. She cannot wait for it to open.
Clean place. Looks like they recently opened. Only downside is I had a charm engraved and a few rings that were cleaned and ready for pickup. They failed to call/email me to come by. They had the correct info in the system. Really nice lady who helped me though, I think her name was Debbie, only reason I’m rating 4/5 stars.:)
