Nicole, at the Alliance location, made my day. I went in with a difficult task looking for a specific chain for an existing necklace for my husband. She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. She really blessed my day. Thank you, Nicole. She could have easily brushed me off and said they didn't have anything to help me but she was amazing and spent time finding what would work and used some magic to make it happen!

I was disappointed in the average service I received. I was the first to walk in and two others walked in behind me. A sales associates asked the two that walked in behind me how they can help. I was ignored and had to speak up to get help. I bought a pair of lab created white sapphire studs for my step son and was shocked to see them more expensive than the natural gemstone. I anticipate returning them and going to Kay Jewelers instead. I won’t be coming back to the store except to return the earrings.

Amazing customer service! Beautiful jewelry! Durable jewelry! I wear my rings every day and I have 5 young kids at home. They are still in perfect shape, even through the daily tasks of motherhood! Totally worth the price!

I ordered the Sea Turtle from the new Southwest collection. I had some difficulty with the engraving via the online portal and the folks in the store at Alliance were able to get me the extra character I needed to make the inscription perfect! Thank you for all your assistance!

Never ever in stock of things always say they are in back order. Went to loo for a ring that has been in back order since 6 weeks ago. Ask for another ring that two was in back order. Poor management of this store. Get ready to drive all the way to Denton to get what you want

I went in, and for a second time the same employee was just very passive aggressive and rude.i wanted to buy my mom a bracelet and when i asked the employee what she thinks size wise she was very rude and made me look like i was stupid.i’m a customer and know a lot less then what the employees know.i’m obsessed with James Avery but will not be back at this location.

Wonderful experience, went in needing to exchange a bracelet with a broken clasp. Was in and out in a few minutes with a new one. All the ladies were as nice and professional as could be.
