Employees are not the most courteous. Took my charm bracelet to have a charm added and the other ones I had put on a week ago when I got the bracelet were backwards. Well backwards to the way I needed the clasp and they acted like it was such a pain. I was already adding another and I should be happy with it right? Well they acted like I was putting them out. It finally got done after giving me sighs and bad facial expressions.

Stood in store for almost an hour when there were four customers tried to purchase a bracelet was told it would be a week before charms could be attached. Went to Burleson in and out of store with my bracelet charm’s attached in 30 minutes. Go to Burleson customer service is tops

James Avery At Central Texas Market Place is a masterpiece. When you walk in you are immediately transported into the land of beauty! The smell of leather and of what I like to call Avery is the same exact smell you will smell if you go to the original James Avery.

No matter what time of year it is in this location the staff is incredibly sweet, and knowledgeable about all of the James Avery pieces. They enjoy sharing the history of how the company started with the customers. You will rarely, if ever see a fingerprint on the glass cases or windows.

You will be happy to join everyone else who owns any one or multiple James Avery piece/s. This is my favorite James Avery store next to the original. It is one of the bigger stores I have seen.

Staff is very nice, products are top notch and free services like charm placement and cleanings are very nice!

My wife loves this place so it was pretty easy to find something she liked. We lost our son in 2018 so the Angel wings were perfect!

I am absolutely ecstatic! I went in and wanted charms moved on my bracelet, with new charms added. I’ve gone to another store and had this done and so this was no different. The staff that helped me were so patient and sweet. Today I picked up my bracelets. I didn’t even look close at them because my experience with James Avery is always good. When I got home and looked closer I couldn’t believe how perfect it was. Whoever worked on my bracelet, I love you! You even polished the vintage charms that I found at a second hand store. They look new. I’m so happy with my bracelet and I thank you for going above and beyond. You are my permanent store. ️️️️️️️

The staff was very friendly and helped me quickly find exactly what I was looking for. The service has been second to none. The prices were very affordable. I will be back for sure.

Really upset with this store because they allowed someone else to pick up my charm bracelet who was not authorized too.

No public restroom. Worst enemy for a boyfriend waiting on his girlfriend to pick out what she wants. Really big store no restroom. Doesn’t make sense to me. It’s 2021. Spent $168.55 on charms and had to pee done my leg.
