James Avery Artisan Jewelry reviews
20Love the store everybody was friendly and professional they had exactly everything that we needed will definitely be going back I love the jewelry it's fabulous
Great place for gifts when you're in a hurry. Only shop there maybe once a year, to expensive.
Walked in and was helped by a lady named Melissa she was able to get in and out no problem. Great customer service and great experience she even bagged my gifts I picked up. I would definitely go back to this location to get whatever I need from James Avery.
Very disappointed. Associate named Pamela has a very sour and unpleasant. Will not be coming back to this location. Loyal patrons should not be treated this way.
If I could give no stars I would. This was the closest location before the one inside HEB opened. I won’t ever come back here again. I visited the store on 8/26 to drop off some jewelry for cleaning and make a purchase. I had the unfortunate chance to be helped by Pamela. She had a bad attitude before I made it to the counter. I requested to have my pieces cleaned and asked about store credit for a necklace that was gifted to me. She immediately told me no that if I had no receipt she could not assist with that and continued to look up my information. She never looked at the necklace and she gave no further explanation. I checked the store policy and it states: Items being returned must be received with a receipt on or before the 365th day since purchase. After 365 days the items will need to be evaluated for saleable quality in order to receive a James Avery Gift Card or value to process an exchange. Pamela clearly doesn’t know the store policies or she chooses who and how she decides to help a customer. I’m glad that I have another location to visit and won’t ever have to deal with her again.
Nice pieces, beautiful store. Some staff were super helpful, some were a little snooty. Prices are fair for the work.
So expensive! They downsized on some of the jewelry. Looks childlike and frail. Not a fan. Some pieces are still bigger (like the original size) just too expensive. I guess I am getting cheap in my older age
Shoutout to Matilda and Bethany making my visits very welcoming and always going over and beyond. On Bethany's behalf, she goes out of her way at the register to look for the charms I need and absolutely love the positive attitude and smile! On Matildas behalf she can recommend just about any product that fits well with you and has an excellent attitude. Thank you ladies may yall be recognized! Keep up the good work.
James Avery has always given me amazing customer service anytime I have visted their stores, but for Mother's Day I had to have it sent to me from the distribution center. I was a couple days late on placing my order and figured my gift would not show up before Mother's Day (due to Mother's Day volume due date, and adding an engraving) but I actually received the item today! Ordered the item on Tuesday 100% expecting it to show up after Sunday, but James Avery went the extra mile and I received the item only 3 days later, and Im sure that meant someone was working late to ensure items all got out. Thank you James Avery distribution center for getting it to me so quickly when in reality they didn't have to.
This location has gone down hill in customer service. Got my daughter a gift had a charm bracelet and 4 charms purchased and scheduled for pick up the next day. And the lady showed me my bracelet and then said I could take it, I looked up and asked do I just take it like this? She said oh did u want a clear baggy. (heavy set hispanic lady) umm where the James avery felt pouch, box and bag for a gift go? I spent $223.00 to take my jewelry in a plastic bag! Ridiculous! I won't be back to this location.
I’ve never had such an amazing experience at a retail store. I came in a few days ago before Valentine’s Day and despite the store being busy I was helped almost immediately by a sweet young lady named Melissa. She was very knowledgeable about the jewelry and helped me choose the perfect Valentines gift. Definitely will recommend this location to everyone!
Friendly associates, clean place. I got helped right away. The women who helped me was so friendly and helpful
Awesome store! One of the few reatail stores I've been at where social distancing is active being enforced by the employees. I was able to shop without feeling weary of my surroundings. Great job, James Avery staff!
Horrible customer service walked around for 10 mins and not once did someone greet me or explain what to do.
I always love going here, the jewelry is amazing. They take waay too much of my money! Lol
As always best service ever. I received a new charm as a birthday gift and went to have it soldered to my bracelet. The Sid it would be ready in 2 her and of course it was on perfectly when I picked it up.
Went there today and the lady I think her name was Alicia that helped me was very rude and disrespectful. She was not nice at all or friendly. Didn’t even ask me what I needed help with and gave me attitude. Very rude people that work there.
Such friendly & knowledgeable staff, very quick service & excellent craftsmanship! Love JAMES AVERY! Keep up the great work!
EVERY SINGLE TIME I’m disappointed in this James Avery, I’m in Cibolo Schertz area so I can go to either this location or James Avery in New Braunfels. The staff is awful, and I love James Avery but I’m reminded why I don’t come to this location. I always have a hard time, no smile, no personality. I was standing at the counter and it looked like the staff was gossiping. It made me uncomfortable. Make the trip up the road, honestly I just save my trip to James Avery for when I got to the outlets. They are friendly, fast, I never have any trouble.
Had a sale going on The line was long buy they got me in and out within 15 min very well organized from the beginning to the end
