Alot of items to choose from. So much being I just couldn't decide. I will definitely be back to find that unique piece I'm in search of for a special day. A very nice meet & greet at entrance. Good prices, I was impressed.

Thank you so much Patsy! I had to exchange a pair of hoops earrings because one of them was misshaped when I got them for my birthday. Unfortunately, i was told that those specific earrings bend easily, but Patsy gave me so many options to choose from and reassured me from beginning to end. I chose a new pair of earrings and left very happy. Best customer service ever!

If you ever find yourself in trouble with your little lady, (whether you deserve it or not) this place is the cure for her anger issues. Depending on your level of impending doom they have solutions that range in price from inexpensive to holy hell why did I get in this much trouble. It's well worth it to see that smile on your ladies face again though.

I visited James Avery Moore Plaza, the charm I wanted was sold out in-store so I went online and ordered it. Jennifer called twice requesting I choose a different charm. I asked that we just give it another day to arrive from the Warehouse. I understand she was not wanting me to be disappointed if the Ladybug did not arrive in time for Valentine's Day. Jennifer called a third time to say my order was complete, the Ladybug arrived. Thank you Jennifer and James Avery for making me look good for Valentine's Day.

I found a mens 26" silver chain, at a much better price, for my 55 year old silver crucifix, I wore as an alter boy in church. I've worn it daily, for many many years repaired 4 times over the years.

For the second time, my gold charm bracelet wasn’t ready when promised. Quality of work was good, timing is terrible. ALL of the other JA stores will attach gold charms while you wait-but not in Corpus!

Great customer service and great jewelry! They sized my finger for an accurate fit and had choices on chains to put the charm on.

I had been going to this James Avery for years and loved them until they lost my bracelet. When I went to go pick up my bracelet from putting on a charm the girl at the register was basically telling me was I sure I left it there that she couldn’t find it she doesn’t know what to do. Mind you I had my receipt clearly says I came here. I went when they just opened at 12 and was waiting for an hour for them to find my bracelet. It ended up being in someone else’s ship out package. I understand mistakes are made but the way the girl at the register handled it was un professional trying to make me sound like I was dumb. I will never return to this location.

I bought my wife a necklace for our anniversary I wanted to buy her a diamond necklace from a jeweler but my wife went on and on about how she loves James Avery so I went online and looked at their stuff and wasn’t impressed at all I even remember thinking out loud this stuff
Looks cheap but momma wants so momma gets well she wore it one time and it broke I can tell you James Avery will not get another dollar from me Walmart jewelry is better made no thanks and they are a “TEXAS” thing hmmmm I guess

The store has always been a class act. The staff is helpful and ready when you need them. They also are doing great during the pandemic. The store also does great showing off their stuff and helping to accommodate any fixes you need.

If i want to earn some brownie points from the love of my life, this is a perfect place to hit a home run! Lol
