Been coming To this location for just over a year. The team there is always very knowledgeable and helpful in terms of finding the right piece that you’re looking for and everything’s always done very quickly. Other locations will tell you it’ll take about a week to get items added to bracelets or items cleaned and at this location it’s done same day or next day consistently which is why I keep coming back here. Pam, Marsha, and Heidi are always helpful and friendly in finding the exact thing you want.
I understand waiting but this was not cool. I came in and both associates were with customers. I waiting at the pick up counter. After waiting 5 mins, a couple of men walked in and waited at a different counter. The associate then told me she will help me in a bit. 10 mins later once the two associated finished with the customers both associated helped the two men that came in after me. Not cool because she knew I was there first.
The staff is always friendly and they always go above my expectations. I live by two other james avery stores but I will always go back to this location because of the custom service.
No longer a fan. My son bought a ring with his own money. We weren’t sure about the size. The sales lady said without a doubt that they would exchange it if he felt like he needed another size. It’s been just over a month. He decided that he should probably go a size up. I took the ring in to exchange the size to find out that we have to pay again half the amount for the ring. Ridiculous! Very very disappointing.
Went in to have my 5 pieces of jewelry cleaned. The associate who checked my jewelry in for my cleaning confirmed to me that all my pieces were James Avery brand and told me my pieces would all be ready after 5pm. I pick my pieces up at 7pm only to find that 3/5 have been cleaned because the associate who checked my pieces in wrongly confirmed that two pieces were not in fact James Avery.
