James Avery Artisan Jewelry reviews
8Place was crowded, that's what happens when you wait to the last minute to buy Xmas gifts.
My wife loves this place, the staff is friendly and the jewelry is always nice too. Great place to bring your special person.
The nicest people helped me find the perfect gift for my granddaughter. Thank you so much.
Quality jewelry loved by women and men. I have purchased bracelets, pendants, rings, and crosses which have all been greatly appreciated.
Great customer service. The place is very elegant and tastefully done. Great place to spend a lot of hard earned cash.
The staff at James Avery in Valley Ranch are always so helpful. I appreciate your excellent customer service.
The worst location I have been to. Every time I go I have a horrible experience, the only reason I keep going is because it's the closest one to me. I took my ring to get re-shaped original size (7) because it wasn't a circle anymore after some time of it being worn, The employee (April) told me my ring could get smaller maybe a size down or so and I said that was fine as I have small fingers. I could easily fit it on another finger. Just not anything bigger. When I went back to pick up my ring it wasn't smaller it was bigger. It went up to a size 7 1/2 And at that point I have no use for the ring & they wouldn't do an exchange either. Another employee told me the only option was the 25% off retail price for an exchange of the same product which I'd have to pay for. The jewelry is already expensive and it was the employees mistake for not letting me know the ring might get bigger not smaller. If she would have stated that, I would not have gone through the re-shaping process. Not the first time I have issues at this store by another employee (Elizabeth) When I go in she gives me a dirty look, she's very rude & always hovering over the employees when they are talking to customers. She does this with everyone who walks in, I have witnessed it when I'm there including to myself when I am talking to the employee who is usually helping me out.
I’ve gone a handful of times to this store, and most of the time they don’t greet you, nor do they ask if you need any help. For example, today I went in to buy a charm, and I can just see the Hispanic girls size me up for whatever reason. My mom and I were there for a couple of minutes just looking at first but we were going to buy charms and about 5 employees were all just talking amongst themselves not attending to the customers (when the only customers were my mom and I, and 5 of them) at least greeting would’ve been nice as you walk into the store. Overall, a very unwelcoming environment.
