I love, love, love James Avery Jewelry? So many BEAUTIFUL varieties of charms, rings and necklaces/chains.

I had bought a another ring back in February and it did not fit right. I had not been able to take it back because of the store being closed due to covid19, but now that they are open I went in and they did not give me any hassle at all, they exchanged it for a completely different style and made the transaction very easy.excellent customer experience, very friendly employees, always a pleasure doing business with James Avery!

Got issues.wouldn't buy from again. Not everything advertised in stock, not a jewelry person nor really like to buy jewelry for others. I suggest search out and support a local small business and not a huge uncaring corporation.

I have been here several times and every time everyone is so helpful and (aside from when I went soon after Christmas) there usually isn't much of a wait at this location.

James Avery is the best place for fine silver jewelry. Theirs will not hurt your sensitive skin in any way and their jewelry is reputable for any tarnishing. Any repairs is guaranteed by them on their jewelry only as well as any soldering and resizing. I love James Avery! I never wore silver until I walked into their store!

We had a great experience at this location. Victoria was helping us on one of the most busy days Valentine's Day! She was very patient and kind while I was choosing charms and a bracelet. She even talked me into some extra purchases. She went as far as asking Amy the person soldering charms to put a charm on while I wait, because she understood that I was very sorry for coming last minute shopping. So thank you to both of these very kind and helpful employee's of James Avery.

The employees are very nice. They are there to answer questions if needed, otherwise, they leave you alone to browse. Jewelry is very beautiful and I appreciate the fact that you can bring your jewelry back for free cleaning. There is a bit of congestion at times and parking is limited.
