James Gulde, MD, Sulphur Springs TX

Dr. Gulde has been my PCP since I moved out here.about two years now. I was seeing his NP, Megan Bray, she’s awesome, but I needed to see him for a particular med, so I just continued seeing him. He has the BEST bed side manners I’ve ever had from a physician and I recommend him to all my co-workers and friends. He always listens to my issues and I never feel judged or thought less of, for needing his help! The key is being open with your communication, because a doctor can’t read your mind. Here, the whole office staff is wonderful, and I’ve never felt ignored! ! I can’t express enough how happy I am to have Dr. Gulde as my physician. Highly, Higjly recommended!

I went to this doctor for help with ADHD. I haven't been able to receive help for my adhd due to insurance coverage and have been self-treating with marijuana for help with focus and sleep. I was accused of being a drug addict by this doctor and refused treatment. He attempted to prescribe me medications that I AM ALREADY TAKING and then proceeded to argue that I wasn't currently taking these medications, even though they are on my chart. I informed this doctor that if I were prescribed the proper medication, that I would not self treat. He then prescribed me a THIRD antidepressant that I have already been prescribed previously. This doctor WILL NOT listen to your symptoms or concerns, and will only treat you based on a standard set of symptoms clusters. If you want REAL HELP, do not see this man.

Just took my wife to get a checkup, pregnancy test, and to have a blood test to find out how far along we were, because no obgyn will see us without 8 weeks confirmation. Not only did he refuse to help us find out how far we are, he didn't even request the correct test. That's not even the worst, this man barged in the room, without any idea why we're there, even though his nurse was amazing and super well mannered. He never looked us in the eye once. He talked at, rather than to my wife, and any question he asked her, he never offered an opportunity to answer, beyond two words. He'd cut her off and jump to conclusions. I've never met a more disrespectful, rude, and uncaring doctor. I've already advised my wife to get a new primary care doctor.

Dr Gulde helped me to understand my diagnosis and how I could be an active participant in how to address with self-care and diet.

Great Dr. He wants the best, and gives the best care for his patients. His professionalism spreads to his staff they all are #1

DOCTOR GULDE WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO HELP US WITH MY HUSBANDS CARE. MY HUSBAND, A 20YEAR VET HAD A STROKE AND IS BED BOUND. DOCTOR GULDE CAME TO OUR HOME SO THAT WE COULD SET UP CARE FOR A PRIMARY CARE PHYSICAN.

Doctor Gulde is an excellent doctor
He truly make you feel part of the family at your visit
Truly cares for his patients
Misti his nurse is an absolute Angel
And very good at her job

Dr Gulde has been my physician for about 10 years. I cannot express how much I appreciate and care for him. He’s gone out of his way to make himself available to treat me countless times. Fantastic Dr.but mostly a caring person. Five stars is not enough.

Dr. Gulde and staff are very attentive and courteous. I always leave feeling as if all my questions have been answered and every step has been taken to alleviate whatever situation I may be encountering.

My husband and I love Dr. Gulde! He is so very kind & has excellent bedside manner. He is always willing to listen and help where he can. His Nurse Misti is a hoot and we love her also. The front desk however could use some renewed zest in their life. They are never friendly which is unfortunate. But 5 stars to Gulde himself!

Dr Gulde and Misti Clark are the best. I don't know what I would do without them. Thank both of you for your special care!
