Working with James is amazing. I felt as if we had a friend who was invested in making sure that my family was set for years after we bought a home with him. Seriously, he helped us ensure that the home was affordable and moved us on path to increase wealth. His knowledge of building was useful in making sure repairs was done. And he helped us plan a veggie garden. He was very knowledgeable about resources that we can use too. My family and I closed on a home and he is still making sure that we are doing well after he made the sell. Picture is because my husband and I didn't have to compromise anything in the search.

We were referred to James Holloway as a preferred Realtor by our lender. Being 3500 miles away coming from Hawaii, we were a bit apprehensive about choosing a realtor much less a home unseen. James knowledge of the market and builders in our target area helped us narrow down our home search and selected a builder, community, and floor plan quickly. He was there every step of the way from answering questions/concerns quickly (despite a 6 hour time difference), conducting virtual tours, and firmly advocating on our behalf.
