This dentist office is amazing. I’ve been going here since my daughters first time at the dentist, she’s now 5. I would definitely recommend. I don’t even live close anymore, but I still make the drive. Everyone is so caring and easy to talk to. My daughter feels seen and comfortable at every visit.

I just moved to Texas and needed to find a dentist for my 5-year-old son. From his reviews which were very very good. I chose Dr. Stamper. My son has been going to the dentist since he was one years old so I am very clear on the condition of my son's teeth. After my son got his x-rays, Dr. Stamper looked at the x-rays and told me about the tooth in the front and that that he needed a cap on it and that would require him having to go to sleep for the procedure because this procedure was painful. Now I knew that my son had issues with his front teeth, but all the other dentist said that they just want to watch it so I assumed that it had gotten worse. I was very uncomfortable with my son having to be put to sleep but anything that will cause him less pain I was okay with. A couple of days after that I get a phone call from one of the young ladies that work at the office to tell me. My son's dental plan. I was told that the front tooth needs to be fixed and he had five other cavities. I was very surprised by this. Considering Dr. Stamper told me the rest of his teeth were fine. We just needed to put a cap on the front tooth. I was suspicious about this. Didn't seem right considering my son goes to the dentist all the time. Five cavities just did not seem right so I found him another dentist. I told her what doctor Stamper had advised me. She took his x-rays and looked over his x-rays for a very long time, actually trying to find a cavity. She even said that the front tooth was fine. She didn't want to do anything to it because all she needed to do was watch it and she doesn't like to do anything drastic to kids because it'll scare them away from the dentist so basically my son had no cavities. I was very upset about this to say the least and I was feeling like Dr. Stamper was trying to take advantage of me which seems odd considering all his reviews were so great. Now I would have gotten all this work done on my son's teeth. Had I not known that his teeth were in better condition than what Dr. Stamper told me they were. But on a positive note, I will say that the young ladies at the front desk are very nice and very professional. This is why I gave one star because they were so nice and so professional when I came in and when they called me back. Considering Dr. Stamper has all these great reviews, it really pained me to write this review but I felt the need to just in case someone else runs into the same issue and think that maybe what he's saying is true but maybe they should get a second opinion. My son would have endured a lot of unnecessary work on his teeth at 5 years old that he did not need and that's what upsets me the most.
I just want to add some positives. The young ladies at the front desk are very kind and professional and that's why I gave one star. That star is strictly for them and them ONLY!
