Dr. Kemper did a great job. He does a thorough job of explaining everything and is the best in the business. He personal touch of following up multiple times post surgery is so comforting.

I don’t ever write reviews but I’ll go out of my way for this. Dr. Kemper explains things thoroughly. Doesn’t bring on the appearance that he’s trying to get in and out as quickly as possible. Made me feel really confident in his overall assessment of my issue and his plan to resolve it.

I didn’t have to wait for my appointment long at all. Dr. Kemper was very kind, checked everything on my chart, answered all my questions-explaining in detail. He gave me confidence that I’ll be ok. I will definitely keep him as my hearing loss doctor! Thank you!

Dr. Kemper is a phenomenal doctor and his team is amazing. They are all very professional, but are extremely personal. I’ve gone to Dr. Kemper for vertigo issues, ear drum issues and hearing issues, to include two middle ear surgeries. He his very well thought of at the surgery center which speaks volumes. I know I’ve chosen the very best ENT-otolaryngologist and I am always in good hands with his staff.

Dr Kemper took the time to go over and discuss a complex surgery that I am facing. He explained everything in detail and addressed all my questions and concerns.

Due to a past bad experience, I was scared to attend my Appt, I was so impressed with Dr Kemper, he explained everything so well, he is very knowledgeable and he gave me peace of mine to continue and schedule surgery. I highly recommended to anyone needing ear surgery.

Dr. Kemper has been great for my young son. He needed surgery inside his ear and it was performed flawlessly. We highly recommend him.

While I was the first to arrive, I was the last to be called for a 1: 00 appt. But it was worth waiting for. The PA saw me and was unfamiliar with the damage I had in my ear from radiation. She didn't just make notes, she went to talk to Dr. Kemper who came in to see me. He asked for details about the cancer I had in 2004. He was familiar with the rare and aggressive cancer and applauded me on surviving. He also acknowledged the decade long physical challenges I had experienced. Best of all rather than saying "come back in x days so I can treat your ear", he treated it immediately. He also discussed a surgery option but with no pressure at all. This is good for me because the last surgery I had (a different doc) has led to deterioration.

Dr. Kemper and his staff was wonderful and explained everything in great detail. They all made sure I understood everything that we discussed. After years of hearing difficulty and numerous doctors, I finally found someone that offered options to address my issues. I highly recommend Dr. Kemper.

Today was my first visit with Dr Kemper, he seemed very knowledgable and concerned about my condition, he did not rush through the visit and answered all my questions.

Dr. Kemper and his staff are incredible. He took his time with me and explained fully what has been going on with my lifelong hearing and balance issues–something no other doctor has been able to do. His PA, Meg, is extremely personable and kind as is his audiologist, Sara. They interact with you as a person, not a number. Can’t recommend enough.
