From initial inquiry, to locating a vehicle and adding the options that I wanted, she made herself available to me and was always pleasant, polite, and professional. It was a pleasant experience. It was a “no rush” experience which is something I appreciated since I was looking to purchase a new pick up truck and I had never owned one before. I was able to get my answers questioned and go along the time line I felt comfortable with.

Service got my new truck to fix a mirror and add an accessory on a Thursday and it took them 6 days to have the job done. Also, Service department did not offer me a loaner car, when I asked they said they didn't have one for me. I just bought a new truck and couldn't use it for almost a week. My sale person intervene and he arranged for me to have a loaner car. I am also disappointed of the quality of the New Sierra 1500 SLT I bought. Quality is not there even though the truck is expensive. Quality vs price doesn't match. I have been a GMC person for more than 20 years, so I can see the huge difference between the old trucks and today trucks. I appreciate it the technology on the new ones, but the overall quality is very poor.

Changed my perspective on working directly with dealership vs using 3rd party or buying online. Michel was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Can’t ask for more!

Great customer service for the service department and the rental department. The rental wasn’t cleaned out prior so that was the only downfall. Pretty gross in my opinion, someones napkins were in the center console. Stains in the seats, honestly that’s my only gripe about getting a loaner vehicle. I would’ve happily waited knowing it needed to be cleaned out prior to handing me the keys.

Tammy was awesome. I was in and out in about an hour from my oil change and tire rotation (vs 4 hours previously). I explained to her I need to be in Plano for work and she adjusted the work order without hassle.

I was greeted immediately upon driving in the service area by a very personable young man. He alerted Mike Belew that I was there and Mike came over quickly even though I was a little early. Mike took great care of me and even called me after we left the car to remind me that my state inspection was due. I have total confidence in James Wood Buick for everything.

BJ was our salesperson, and he was so great! He gave us quality attention and showed us the functions of the car. We liked that he didn’t try to rush through things, and he made the buying process so smooth.

I was greeted by my service writer quickly and my vehicle was taken for repair. Jarrett was professional and well informed on the work that was needed and had my warranty info available. The waiting room was clean and quiet with some snacks and coffee or water available. I was taken to the local mall to spend some time and picked up at the completion of the work. The repairs were completed quicker than anticipated and my vehicle was returned to me after washing. I drive 40 miles because of the good service and will continue to use this dealer.

Everything was very pleasant. The process was quick and easy. By far the best dealership expiriance I've ever had.
