Great working with Matt and Jason. They both went beyond our expectations. Jason answered my texts even on weekends.

I worked with Matt (Matthew Aldrich) & Brian Armendarez recently for a water leakage claim at my house. They helped me very well throughout the claim process in getting the claim approved by the insurance very quickly. Both are very professional, responsive, and reachable for the questions I had during the entire process. I will use their service again in the future if needed and highly recommend them to anyone who needs the service of independent adjusters.

Jansen/Adjusters is a first rate company! After experiencing a horrific house fire 4 days before Christmas and feeling completely lost we found Matthew. He patiently explained the what the company strives for and how they advocate for the policy holder. Matt Aldrich @ Jansen is the best in the business, period. He has personally helped my family through (2) major residential claims that would have been a nightmare had I not used Matt. He is extremely knowledgeable, tenacious, and timely in representing his clients, start to finish. He and his team represent you to make sure you are getting “the full story” from the insurance co.and their subs on doing what actually needs to get done to get you put back together - not just the minimum - which is generally what the insurance co.wants to do. Matt stepped in for a very reasonable fee and made everything make sense to me and my family. He was there in-person, over the phone, via text, via email, and any other way that was needed to guide me through this arduous process. He would be my 1st call on any claim; residential, commercial, fire damage, water damage, storm damage, etc. Going alone without Matt Aldrich (Jansen) is putting yourself at serious risk of not getting the job done. I cannot recommend Matt Aldrich enough.
