Japanese Auto Repair reviews
7I've been using this business for more than 20 years. Always great service
Japanese auto repair in Irving, Mr Quock is the best as always. I have been using his service for 5 years now. Never regret. Honest, knowledgeable, affordable price and fast service. Thanks
Quality service at prices way less than other auto stores. He would be super busy all the times. Call him and schedule your appointment. Front bulb change fee - he used two post lift and still charged just 33% of other auto repair quote. CV axle change price at 60% of the other quotes.
If you have anything that is Japanese.this is ur place. Great service, fast service and most importantly honesty
Hands down the best mechanic in the Dallas Fort-worth area. The owner Quj is honest, reasonable and provides friendly service to customers. Highly recommended for any car service needs!
Quoc was very professional and took very good care of us. Japense Auto Repair prices are very reasonable and the customer service is unparalleled. He replaced a belt on our car for free while we had only brought our car in for power steering fix, brake pads, and an oil change. He even went the extra mile to follow up a week later to make sure the power steering was no longer leaking after I had initially though it might still be. But everything was fixed perfectly fine in less than 2 days. Half the price of the Honda dealership with twice the customer service. I don't see any reason to go anywhere else.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This man is argumentative doesn't know where the location of camshaft position sensor on a '97 toyota camry is, and is super rough when driving cars into their garage.
Will never come here for any problem
Also leaves and makes you wait for him to eventually come back so you can pay.
Why is there only one person that can cash out a customer?
Who can teach this guy decent customer service?
