For several years now, I have had nothing but positive experiences every time I have visited Jared’s Baybrook location. Tashia and Gwen are my go to people at that location and I continue to be extremely satisfied with their customer service every visit. Both have always taken their time to help me with purchases, repairs, answer any questions and make sure I am taken care of even offering options when available. Tashia and Gwen are very knowledgeable when it comes to all items in the store and can assist with any purchase making sure I get what I feel is a beautiful piece at the best price available. Not only are Tashia and Gwen knowledgeable about the store jewelry, they both very recently took a considerable amount of their time to help me rectify a problem that I had on a repair from a totally different competitor jewelry store. Due to questions I had to get resolved with the prior jewelers store the repair required a couple trips into the store prior to leaving my 20+ year old sentimental engagement ring. Even though this engagement ring was not originally purchased at Jared’s, Tashia and Gwen worked together to make sure each time I entered the store I was quickly helped. It did not matter that my engagement ring was not purchased from Jared’s, Tashia and Gwen were there to assist. If Tashia was busy Gwen was quick to step in to assist. Initially, Tashia directed me to jewelry repair where I had the most awesome experience with Valerie in the jewelry repair department. I had my engagement ring head replaced by a different competitor jeweler in the area, but that jeweler did not replace with the correct head to fit my wedding wrap and also did a horrible job in workmanship. I went to Jared to ask if they could fix the ring, Valerie in jewelry repair took the time to look the ring over and immediately knew how to start over to correctly fix my ring. She showed me which head should have been used as a replacement for my ring. Even though Valerie was extremely busy, she took her time to explain in great detail what needed to be done and I immediately knew by what she was saying that my ring would be fixed back to its original appearance and fit into my wedding wrap. Kevin in the jewelry repair department actually did the work at Valerie’s instruction and did an outstanding job. As part of Jared’s standard practice, at ring drop off Tashia and Gwen took several pictures of my ring and the diamonds to assure the ring would be safe left at Jared’s. Upon pick up, pictures are taken again and I was shown the diamonds and the outstanding quality of work. I am very happy with the jewelry repair at Jared’s and will return anytime a future repair is needed. I also look forward to the wonderful customer service from Tashia and Gwen in the future anytime I enter the store. Every experience has been quite positive thanks to Tashia and Gwen and in jewelry repair Valerie and Kevin. Many thanks to you all!

OMG. I went in with the intent to look at ideas for an engagement ring. After looking around and speaking with Martin about what I wanted he enlisted the help of Jennifer. They together found what I wanted and even found a stone on clearance to make the perfect ring. We just could not stop there. Had to get the wedding ring to right. Then had to find the perfect wedding band for him in a size 15 non the less. By the time it was all said and done, Meagan had worked all the numbers to get everything we wanted at one time.
The staff of Martin, Jennifer, and Meagan worked a miracle for us in one day so nothing was left to worry about.

Went in a couple days ago to have a couple links taken out of my watch. They did it for free even though I didn’t buy it there. Quick service too. The guy that helped me was really knowledgeable and friendly.

Best jewelry experience I’ve ever had. I brought a ring in for repair and resize, and they had it completed within 24 hours. On top of that, they made sure to clean all the stones! They were so friendly and helpful, I am very happy with the results!

Yesterday my husband and I went to Jared’s to find me the perfect 16 year anniversary gift. We were immediately greeted by the best Sales Rep.named Michael. Michael went above and beyond to help us find the right gift and during our visit we had a great time laughing and shopping. I just wanted to thank Kailee at the Webster Texas store. She was so nice and went above and beyond to help me today. As an older person.many times younger people are mean. Kaylee was so sweet! It made me feel like I was her grandma she loved. Such a lovely, kind person! She is a treasure for sure! So patient and so sweet!
