I had to bring my engagement ring in after losing a stone after having it inspected a few weeks ago. Victoria was extremely helpful and showed a high level of concern for the problem. She also checked my wedding band while finding out when the jewelers would be able to work on it. They were able to complete it the same day and both bands needed work. So glad we had Victoria to help us out! She was thorough and understood the stress I felt of having a stone missing.
