I just wanted to give a shout out to Mario Soliz the Manager at Jared’s in The Woodlands Texas. We have been loyal customers for over 20yrs now. I recently lost my husband and wanted to resize my wedding rings to wear on my right hand. Clearly, this is a very emotional visit but I’m a strong soul and never show my emotion or vulnerability in public but NOT this time! Mario was so warm and welcoming. He listened to my stories and was so patient. The kindness and the quick turn around of resizing my rings (same day) so I wouldn’t have to be without my rings was so unexpected. He went above and beyond and even brought tears to my eyes. They had to bring me a box of tissue.

What’s the best thing you can do when looking for jewelry? ASK FOR MARIO! He’s informative, kind, and takes the pressure out of shopping. Unlike the stereotypical salesman, he genuinely cares to get the customer a good price for a product they love. I cannot express how happy I was with this experience. Jared arranged for the repair of an old but valuable watch for me. The watch had to be sent to Switzerland, and it took a long time, but Jared accurately described the process to me in advance, so I knew what to expect when I entrusted the watch to them. Their staff were always friendly and professional.
