Office manager is rude and the clinic money hungry. You’re better off going to Compassion vet. They took care of my pet and worked with me finding the solution for my pet.

I have used Jarrell Animal Hospital for several years and this is the best my animals have ever been cared for.
The Vets are great as is all the employees there.

Previously loved this place…. Decided to take our puppy here and will never be back. They are not purebred supporters, push spay and neutering, and are ill equipped to handle a UTI. Lack of knowledge and experience on collecting urine. I did not yell upon calling although I was told the assistant stated I did, then I was transferred again and used the fbomb in a non confrontational manner and not directed at someone so I was transferred to the manager who proceeded to laugh during our conversation and chose to nitpick the conversation when addressing my concerns with why they didn’t catch urine when our PUPPY was knowingly excitedly peeing everywhere. Dr Carlton is amazing Dr. Mo lacks experience and knowledge along with the ability to handle situations. Asked to switch back to the Doctor our senior boy saw and was asked if I was forcing her to make a change and I stated I no longer wished for MO to be in charge of care due to the overall lack of communication, knowledge, experience, and understanding of our frustration.

Wonderful service, wonderful caring staff. Veterinarian answered all my questions and took wonderful care of my dog

We felt at home and welcomed by all of the staff. The entire process, from scheduling an appointment to taking care of our puppy’s needs, was both friendly and professional. We will be returning!

I brought my pets to see Dr. Heller and her technician Risa. It was a great experience! They took their time explaining all the options I had to manage my dog’s allergies and clearly communicated all pricing. They also helped create a care plan that I was comfortable with and I really appreciated their teamwork approach. I will continue to go see the docs at Jarrell for all my pets’ health needs!

Our Yorkie recently received severe internal injuries from a large dog attack. The entire staff at JAH worked tirelessly to save her life. Their sincere dedication to providing the best care they can for our family member was unmistakable. Their compassion for our human family made this tragic event easier to process. The Dr. ’s went above and beyond to find a solution for the situation they were facing and because of their wisdom, our Tiny appears to be making a miraculous recovery

The techs were super friendly and helpful and they figured out what was going on with our dog very quickly! She had a rare tick borne disease and they treated it quickly and effectively.

I’m extremely pleased with the thoroughness, competency, and follow up of Dr. Nathan Carlton. A major plus with Jarrell Animal Hospital is that they have diagnostic equipment on site many other Veterinarian Clinics do not preventing an accurate diagnosis versus an educated guess. Again, totally satisfied and highly recommend this Animal Hospital.

The staff is super nice and very helpful. Highly recommend them. We always take our pets here.

Jarrell Animal Hospital is a wonder place and the personnel is just as wonderful! I’m so happy to have them near by and the care they give is more than I expected! I would recommend them to everyone!

Our dogs LOVE Jarrell Animal Hospital! We have had several appointments with Dr. Carlton, Dr. House, Dr. Heller, and Dr. Mo. They all are extremely knowledgeable and we trust them with all of our pets. Not to mention the technicians have amazing patient care. This hospital truly cares about your pet. I highly recommend this hospital!

Dr Tom House the most compassionate, professional, knowledgeable and friendly Vet I’ve had the pleasure of knowing in my 80 years and I’ve had many for horses, cows, goats, dogs and even one cat. He is the Best and Dr Carlson is a close second; they are an awesome team. The support staff is awesome as well. They have worked on four of our dogs and pulled them through some scary injuries! We love Jarrell Animal Hospital! I was able to make an appointment quickly and when we got there the young man at the front desk greeted us with a smile and then got us into a room very quickly. Within a few minutes the vet tech came in and after we talked, she took my dog back to trim his nails. While back there the doctor took a quick look at the issue he had on his nose. After she brought him back to our room the doctor came in, did an exam and figured out what was going on. The doctor was very caring and kind. I would highly recommend Jarrell Animal Hospital to anyone who loves their pets.

Dr Carson, Dr House and the other vets and staff do a wonderful job. My chihuahua is a senior and she always gets the kindest treatment when we come for appts or teeth cleaning etc. The whole clinic does thier best to make your visit informative and thorough.
