6I was a previous client when he was on Judson, the service was great, at that time. When he opened the office on McCann the quality of customer service declined. I insured my home and two cars with him. I would pay in person was friendly with the office staff. One day on a phone call I felt disrespected and cancelled. I will give them a shot again on 1 car to see if the service has inproved.
Jason jones and his team were very eager to help as well and were able to assist me. Very responsive and quick to handle business.
That them for 17 years just left to find someone cheaper! Hard times got to save where you can!
Nice people, but ridiculous cost, and be aware that the system they use cost us almost $360. But at least the people are friendly.
