In a panic I contacted Allstate by phone. My homeowner insurance company went out of business and I needed a policy! Kent took such great care of me I asked him to be my agent FOREVER! He was very knowledgeable, and if he could not immediately answer my question he was purposeful in getting back to me. IHe absolutely worked it out for me. I was a loyal customer of one of the insurance companies for home and auto for many many years until I recieved a mail from Allstate insurance company particularly from the agency of Mr. Jason Lee. He explained thoroughly the benefits of switching my home and auto policies, not only that I will save money but will also have more options for coverage. Allstate insurance company also gives you incentives for being a good driver that can be used towards your premium. I got excited when I received my first incentive and used the amount to lessen my premium for the month. I am very glad that I took the risk of switching which eventually lead to a favorable outcome. Now a days the prices of commodities have gone up, every penny that I can save will mean a lot.
