Jason's Deli, Plano TX

I stopped by the Jason's Deli location on Parker Road in Plano yesterday and ordered a Deli Cowboy sandwich to go. I was very disappointed. The meat was very dry and chewy, there was almost no sauce and the bread was hard/stale. Definitely not worth $11.69. I will not be ordering this sandwich again. The person who took my order was very nice and polite though. Compliments to him. I received a follow up from the store manager who offered to make things right. I will return to this location and try again. Based on the response, I am upgrading my review.

Awesome, fast service! I ordered the salad bar for PICKUP for the first time, and had a lot of misgivings about what I would receive. We also ordered sandwiches for two other people. Not only was my "to-go" salad PERFECT, I wish I could have them build every salad for me from now on! Everything I wanted, nothing I did not want, and super generous! I will do the salad bar to go from now on. Plus, everything was ready before we asked it to be so zero waiting. Bravo Parker Rd Jason's!

They said in the description of the meal it includes sour cream but as you can see no sour cream whatsoever! ️

This is by far the best and nicest Jason's Deli in Plano.
We live nearby so we come here often for dinner about once a week. The staff is extremely detailed, polite and courteous. It feels like a second home here sometimes, we are slowly making our way through their menu. The salad bar is spotless and clean.
Definitely stop by here and check this location out!

Excellent salads and managers special, The staff from managers to table cleaners are second to none.all the salad choices are always prepared fresh and offer many choices. All the hot entrees of sandwiches and deserts are the best tasting. My wife and I favor this location the most.

HORRIBLE!

We have ordered from here several times here recently and what is the point in picking a time frame for it to be delivered when there just going to bring it 30-45 mins late!
Some people only have a certain amount of time for work and the whole point in ordering is to have it at the time you requested. If your location is so backed up and cant deliver on time then maybe you should let your customers know that instead of just stating that it is on its way for 45 mins.

This location is literally a mile from our work.absolutely horribel and i will never order from them again!

The Salad Bar was great! But it was so ok cold in the building we could not enjoy eating. We hurried out.

I normally don't write reviews, but this place is AWESOME and I haven't even gotten my entree yet! I could survive on their table side guacamole and the topilobampo margarita. Their service is always great. Their interior is cozy and comfortable. Their frozen margaritas are well worth it - and may make you fall out of your chair after a couple ;)

I have never had an issue with this place, food is always amazing.except for this last time. You would think an $8 sandwich would be a little bigger. They are too busy for me to talk to the manager.

Great sandwiches (hot/cold), salad bar, and soups. They usually have a special. Food is always fresh and tasty.

The service is always great! The friendly cashiers and staff are always welcoming. The Penne Pasta & Meatballs is very tasty!

Always a great option when I'm hungry. The food is great, and the employees are very friendly. There are plenty of healthy food options to choose from as well.

It's good though and my kids like sandwiches and free ice cream. Can be super busy during the lunch rush

Super calma, chill, relaxing eating environment when I went. Ate the chick-n-bun i believe it’s called, definitely recommend I think it’s new. For my first time going to any of their locations, pretty good.

Lots of great comfort food here. Not meant to be a gourmet restaurant, does what it does really well. I enjoy eating there.

I got the to-go salad bar from here (which is a much better deal than the in-house salad bar because you get way more food) and the quality of the salad bar was amazing. They give you a large togo box and 2 smaller containers for dessert/hummus/etc. For around 9$ I got two solid meals out of this. I highly recommend this place to my friends, especially if you love vegetables like me but are too lazy to buy all the salad ingredients!

This Jason deli is a great spot for my lunch during a work day. The food is fresh and the salad bar is my favorite. The soda machine wasn't working, but the staff gave me two coke soda cans to make up for it. Great customer service and very friendly. If you want a meal that's not going to bog you down, try this place, your tummy will thank you

I have been to several Jason's Delis over the years and this one seemed about par for all of the others. Some food is fresh and others are not. For instance, the beets on the salad bar were tasteless. The bbq on the baked potato was flavorful. I think it is expensive for what you get. Two baked potatoes, one side salad, one salmon fillet, one drink was over $27. This amount for mediocre quality.

The manager at this new location is fantastic and goes out of her way to make sure customers have everything they’re expecting for the meal. Great new location!

Overpriced baked potatoes. When eating there, they have always been good. I got a coupke to go, no butter and only about 2 tsp of sour cream. Very disappointing
