Jason's Deli, Bedford TX

Spoke with the manager Melissa tonight after we received our DoorDash order. The chicken noodle soup was literally rancid! Sour! I wasn’t trying to get a $3 refund at all but trying to let her know how foul it was (I normally order it several times a week) she laughed at me over the phone and said it was a brand new bag of soup (gross didn’t need to know all that) and after I explained again I don’t care about a three dollar refund just go taste it yourself again I was laughed at. So no more Jason’s deli for me!

I have been going to Jaso Deli for a long time. Tonite is the worst food we ever had.
We had the family muffalatta and it was incredible nasty. The olive salad was old and dry and the potato was soggy and had a metal taste and we found grape mix with cheese.

Bathrooms disgusting. Can't get bread or crackers.which they dont have crackers anymore.unless you buy the salad bar. My sons mac and cheese cold, and the bowl was dirty. This store use to be nice. I'll go to another JD from now on.

Absolutely love this location. My mother and step father, and me when I can go, take my grandma here once a week. This location is always clean, stocked and well staffed.

So refreshing to receive such effortless kindness from the store manager, Justin. Customer service on point!

This place is always amazing. I ordered the chicken panini without pesto add avocado and a build your own salad.

Do not order delivery from here. I placed a small order TWO hours before my requested delivery time window and it was not received until 20 minutes AFTER the delivery window. Terrible if you have a specific lunch hour you have to abide by.

Other than the timing, food was delicious

THEY NO LONGER HAVE ALL YOU CAN EAT SALAD. STILL COSTS THE SAME. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE ANYMORE.

I got a kid's pizza it was under cooked. Crust wasn't crispy and the cheese not melted. I will stick to sandwiches and soup. I chose the pizza because I wasn't to hungry.

So they were out of the dressing we ordered. Their French dressing is amazing. I was waiting in parking pick up for 10 minutes after the fire time. I called and they said they'd get it out right away. 10 minutes later a manager comes out and apologizes. They were unloading their supply delivery and hoping to find a supply of French Dressing to give us. He offered to give another dressing or to wait and see if they could find the supply on board the truck as they were still unloading. I said I'd wait. He brought me a drink. Then 25 minutes or so later he apologized again and refreshed my drink and comped my meal. Then after an hour of wait they decided the trick didn't have the French dressing they ordered and brought out a different dressing along with dessert. They might not have had what I orginally asked for but they were dedicated to make ot right. Props to them for great service. That earned them 5 stars alone the salad was still amazing anyway. I think I spent most of the time playing Pokemon Go anyway.

Use to be a very good Jason’s but this place has gone to TRASH! Got all the way home w my Togo order and the soup wasn’t even filled to the top. They’ve done this 3 times! I will be making a formal complaint to their corporate office. I recommend any other Jason’s besides this one lol.

I dont really review things but I'm going out of my way to say that the staff/management here is great. The last few times I've come the same woman is working the register, and even when they are absolutely swamped shes so sweet, and they get everything correct every time. Her staff working the Togo section is just as great.

Delicious food. We’ve been to a few locations and the food and customer service is great at any location. Patriot friendly as well.
