19Nice fast casual place. No waiting. Food is good. Service is high level. Always have a good experience at this location.
Plain Jane baked potato was raw and cold in middle.butter, which is usually melted, was still a patty.
Mentioned to manager on my way out and all he said was I'll talk to them about it.no apology.
Won't be going back to this Jason's Deli.

They teach out to me and rather take refund i choose another Plain Jane. Different manager handled transaction.
However, upon return visit on Wed Nov 30, original manager from first bad review was there again. After 25 minutes I asked where my food was.they had forgotten about my ticket. I should have taken refund. When he finally brought it he indicated he would refund my money. I was on phone and took my time eating. After another 25 minutes no refund so I left.
Best to say Jason's Deli is a scratch from my list of places to eat.
Experience was not so well. First the associates or Management does not greet the guest. Was given cold chicken tenders and when returned to get more the food was put in a bowl and not returned with chips. Not a very good experience and hope they can be more guest focused and less on the phones.
I absolutely adore your beef stew but this chicken and rice soup is terrible! It tastes like chicken pot pie soup without the crust. You need to try Panera Bread's chicken and rice for comparison - It is wonderful.
Im at Jason's deli now. When I say there is an employee named Steven that is giving phenomenal customer service to each and every one of his customers. He was extremely polite to customers as they entered the restaurant with a huge smile, as well as answering the phone with speedy timing and response. There was a customer with a small child who seem to have a tiny tantrum and though Steven was busy, tried to make small talk with a child and offered a cookie to calm the child down. Great Job Ethics Steven!

Ordered lunch for the office, they are so fast! Janice was one of the nicest people I have ever met. She fixed a mix up we had easily with no problems.
We had a family dinner here before heading to a local event. Service was prompt and friendly and the food did not disappoint. Also appreciate that my gluten free family members can easily find a menu item or two.
Had some issues with my order and my sisters but Alisha the manager was very helpful. Super nice too! Thanks for resolving my problem.

Today I went to Jason's Deli for lunch off Wilcrest and Westheimer
I could not find my debit card to pay for my Salad and Janet that works there knows me just from being a repeated customer paid for my lunch since I WAS IN PANIC MODE NOT FINDING MY CARD! I found it right there and I tried to pay and she wouldn't have it! What amazing customer service she went beyond that! Jason's Deli you have a GEM working for you! I am a customer for life! Went with my coworker, and they gave me two small containers, so had my colleague take one back and exchange for a large one. Chaos over exchanging container, confusion by staff, not that serious.never got large container. Sad, so sad do better when you know better.
I would prefer their sandwiches to have a more "freshly prepared" hints. (Rather than just looking like the really were freshly prepared) I've noticed the many slices of ham were sorta "plastic" looking. (Like they were packaged that way at the "Jason's Deli Factory” and shipped to my Jason's deli to make me think I'm getting more than I got.)
Overpriced. 12 dollars for a sandwich and 16.5 if you also get a drink. Might as well go get a pile of boars head meat for that price.
Horrible service. Wasn’t even greeted when I walked in. I was confused on where to order and no i stood for 5 mins without any help
This spot is Trash, the food is awful and the staff as well… to start of with the cashier cursing and charging for things I didn’t order, manager with no mask and talking/playing around the food…last but more important… HOW WOULD YOU SERVE A CUSTOMER THIS TYPE OF FOOD… I order a kids meal and this is what I got
Salad bar is $10 and is only for 1 helping, otherwise it’s another $10 for a second. This is definitely a “new” policy as I had been to Jason’s Deli before and this policy was not present during my last visit. Of course I was not aware or told of this new policy and proceeded to make myself a small salad thinking I could just get another plate. You know where this is going. I left hungry and my wallet $12 (with drink) lighter. Won’t be returning.
First time ever been there fell in love with it we'll eat there everyday if I live close to it but for sure I will try to go there twice a week
