With decent number of vegetarian options on the menu, it is our go to dinner place after a long day at work when no one has the energy to cook.

I had a pickup order today and it was terrible first my order was missing items. I didn’t receive the fruit cup and dip it should of been included. I should of probably checked my order before leaving yes but if you are paying you just trust the restaurant to provide every item in the order. My soup was cold not warm it was straight up cold. Then my sandwich tasted good but the bread was so small everything was falling everywhere making it very messy to enjoy. I don’t think I will be ordering from this location any more.

I have to say all my experiences here have been very positive. I always get the Big Chef Salad and the employees are always courteous and they work methodically and quickly to get the orders done.

Amazing food! Great service! The management really cares for their costumers, definitely coming back for more!

Portions are small and qualities are subpar. This has a McDonald's feel, not a true Delicatessen. I won't recommend it.

The lady tried charging us for a pickle claiming the sandwich did not come with one (it states “and a pickle”) due to us getting potato salad (paid extra for) instead of chips.

None of the items where labeled to determine what was in each bag. Our grilled cheese were both burnt, the cheese was not melted and it was extremely oily as well as soggy. The sandwiches were short on portions as well. The seafood soup was disappointing, and was not eaten after being tried. The shepherds pie lacked flavor. About the only thing we enjoyed was just the tomato soup (not the grill cheese), lays chips, and the pickle. I’ve had better experiences at other Jason’s deli locations, not sure what happened this time. Total waste of money.

Had do wait 40 minutes for a sandwich. Because it was just sitting on the table and nobody noticed it. Once I got the sandwich it was soggy and cold. The man helped and got me another one but it just taste like it was just thrown together so they could hurry up

There should be Jason's Delis EVERYWHERE.

I have always received excellent and quick service here. But the main thing is, is that Jason's Deli is a working person's lunch essential if you're getting takeout. There are several healthy options with good portions as well as salad bar. Even during the pandemic the prices have remained fairly stable. Jason's Deli was my top pick when I was too busy with work to do meal prep.

I don't know what's going on with this location, but this is the 3rd time in the past few months I've gotten rotten food. First was meat on the beefeater sandwich, next was the meat on the Reuben sandwich, and today.omg. The au jus is bad.like really gnarly, the smell almost immediately filled my apartment and made me vomit, it smells like bad meat and rubbing alcohol which is a weird combination.

The cashier was very helpful recommend soups and giving samples. I brought my bf here for the first time he's hooked:) We really enjoyed the food and the sweet wild berry hibiscus tea. You get alot for what you pay when you dine in. Alot more worth it here then spending the same amount for 2 foot longs at Subway!

Cassandra was very pleasant and professional. I was looking for a certain salad, unfortunately it had been discontinued. Cassandra did help me find a suitable alternative. I had the taco salad with beef chili. The salad was very fresh and came with tasty salsa. I also had tea for a drink. The tea was also fresh. All staff was attentive and friendly. It was super clean inside as well. I shop at the neigboring target alot, so I will be back.

The food was undercooked and cold. Took longer than expected to receive it too.
First and last time going to this location.

Truly, this is one of my favorite places to eat. Good, healthy and delicious food with a great, friendly staff and management team. The people that work at this location get to know their customers and go above and beyond for them.

We LOVE this location and come here at least once a week. The kids really enjoy seeing Ms April. She is so nice and always has goodies and things for the kids to do. We came one day she wasn’t at work and we truly missed her. She’s always smiling the second we walk in and we always feel welcomed and like we are at home. We hope she gets a huge raise bc she is amazing and she deserves it. Also our food is always perfect and delicious.

OMG! Yes! Love love Jason's Deli, the food is fabulous. I love the California Club, with fresh fruit and the Chicken Soup. The Salad buffet is delicious and the BlackBerry Tea. Managers, Waitstaff, Cashiers all amazing.

I always enjoy the quality and freshness of the food at every locations. I would have rated a 5 but there weren't any pickles and the ranch dressing wasn't marked on the visor or the ladle. None 9f the dressings were marked on the visor as most are so the ladle was the only identifier. Still a little pricey but you have to pay for the quality of anything worthy right?

Way overpriced. For lunch today, I had a club croissant sandwich (with potato chips), a bowl of soup, and a fountain drink. It cost $19.12 - almost twenty dollars. And I didn't feel all that full afterward.

Jason's sounds like a good concept, but the markup on their food is surprising for a deli. The experience isn't extraordinary, either - it's standard counter service, you order, get a number tent, sit down, and your order is brought to you. A TV blaring sports sits to one side of the place, not adding any positive ambience.

I went during the 2 o'clock hour on a Friday, so it wasn't busy. I was surprised to see how many tables had not been cleaned, and that included the patio.

To put this $19 meal in perspective, I could have gone to any of the following places and gotten a better deal: Raisin' Cane's (very close, about $9 for a full meal), Shanghai River (down the road, Chinese restaurant, lunch specials go for about $20 including a drink but are far more filling and the atmosphere is delightful), even Becks Prime at nearly the same price gives you a big, beefy cheeseburger and fries and a drink (still a lot for a burger place, but at least you get more).

Jason's is not a bad place. It's just that they fail on the value proposition and the experience could be better. What I had today shouldn't have run more than about $14 tops. If you have extra money to blow on a deli, this is your place.

Pickup experience here is horrible, the manager on shift Cassandra is highly unprofessional. I had seen a reply earlier from the owner with request to know what transpired, and this morning when I'm about to reply to it, I realize that the reply has been deleted.
If you're still interested in figuring out what the issue is and things to do to prevent such occurrence in the future, you can reply to the post and provide email correspondence and I will explain what the issue is in details.
