Restaurant Jason's Deli reviews
14I ordered a Pastrami sandwich through delivery and when I got it it was nothing but fat. I couldn't eat it, I tried to pick the fat out but ended up with nothing to eat.
We stopped in for a quick dinner tonight after a high school football game. It has been a few years since I had Jason’s Deli and did not realize how many different options were on their menu. I had the Texas Spud and others had tomato basil soup, grilled cheese and a turkey wrap with chips & salsa. Everything was fantastic. I will definitely keep this restaurant on my radar for quick healthy options!
The pick-up order was fairly on time. My daughters cucumber had a ball of hair. Looks like the piece fell on the ground, and the person picked it up and put it in the container. They also forgot the side of fruit in part of the order. There were two hairs in my other daughters sandwich as well. This isn't the first time it's happened at this location ethier.
I really enjoyed my bigger better BLT. My fiance didn't like his ranchero chicken wrap. Said it was bland. He enjoyed the free ice cream though. Also the restaurant was freezing.
This particular Jason's Deli had the best atmosphere of all that I have been to. Everything is modern and clean.
Ordered a chicken cesaer salad and they served it with the dressing on the side and the chicken wasn't cut into pieces. Lettuce was and looked day old and slimey. The Bay Area store is way better. Manager here needs to produce a better product.
We've been going to this Jason's for a while. This time was absolutely awful. It's not the food but the service. Placed a pick up order and they gave our order to someone else. They then asked us if we were sure we didn't get it. Seriously? We showed them screenshots of the order and after back and forth, they finally remade it. There was no "sorry for the inconvenience ". Once we got home and opened the order, it was hot, but the pasta was a kid portion for the nearly $12 we spent for one and the other one was fine. I understand mistakes happen but to ask us if we are sure we didn't get it? Why would we be asking you where it was if I didn't have it? My order was $35. The fact that there was no apology and we were made out to be criminal was absurd over $30. I rarely leave reviews but this experience made me leave one.
If you want to see the real menu you have to go inside. If you go inside you have to make your own drinks and face the tip begging credit card machine. Our two sandwiches were just ok. Kinda dry really and kinda stingy with the meats… The lady ahead of me stood around extra long because they got her name wrong. Then the same thing happened to me… I expected better fit $31 worth of two meals. And why did I have to tip another dang $3? YOU DID NOTHING TO EARN A TIP!
Great muffalettas. May be the most popular menu item, and for good reason. Manager up front was kind of rude. Asked if salad bar was more than one trip (as it should be), and she responded it no longer was "because of covid" but they'd look the other way if we went up twice. Prices were good on some things not good on others. Kinda inconsistent. Hate to harp on it, but $11 for one trip to a small salad bar is too much.
I have to say that Jason's is a great place to eat. Good people and a very clean kitchen area and environment.
This is my 3rd time eating here.the Salad Bar is excellent.
Yesterday, July 20,2023 was my second time at this Jason's deli located in League City on Interstate 45 south. The dining area, salad bar, drink bar, ice cream machine, tables, walls at the tables and floors were completely filthy. We were there at 4: 30 pm and spoke to the manager, Makela { I may have this misspelled }. She defended the mess as a shift change problem. I have photos but I decided not to include them because it was just too much. Is the kitchen in the same condition? I love Jason's Deli but I cannot see myself dining at this one again.
I came in an hour before closing and literally 5 people are cleaning and chit chatting and will not take my order and keep saying one second
First time at this Jasons. FIRST OFF.what with the "tipping thing" on the bill. I place my own order, nobody told me when it was ready. I happen to walk up to the counter and saw it sitting there. Nobody offered to bring it to my table. I took it to the table myself. During the entire time we ate lunch, no one bothered to check on us (ask if everything was alright) WHAT WAS I SUPPOSE TO BE ADDING A TIP FOR. MAKING MY SANDWICH? ISN'T THAT PART OF THEIR JOB? NO TIP AND NO GOOD REVIEW FOR THIS LOCATION.
