6I always go there but this was extra special. Alex always talks to me asking me how I’m doing. I told him I lost my job and he gave me a hug and I ordered my salad bc the salad is always fresh and amazing and took care of it. He’s such a genuine sweet guy! He def needs a raise
The place was empty. I waited over 10 min for soup to go. No urgency. Standing around or moving slow and confused looking. Manager on cell phone and store phone meanwhile my order sat prepared while folks just looked on. Poor customer service for sure
Buffet was excellent. Other entrees were very overpriced I thought. The buffet was reasonable priced. Couldn't say much about the service because it was self serve. Place was clean, plenty of shopping center type parking.
They poisoned the food they knew I wanted to eat while calling me a slur - this time it was "orange cat".
Menu board is difficult to read, small print, and cluttered with too many words. Customers were leaving because basically items were not available.
My experience with Jason’s Deli is primarily for catering and they do a GREAT job! Their sandwich and wrap trays, large salads, and dessert trays are all beautiful and tasty! The portions are generous and the food is always fresh. If you need catering, this is a crowd pleaser!
