Jason's Deli, Grapevine TX

The food was great, like always. The only issue we had was that it took a really long time to get our food. Also, it took a while to find a clean table. Most of them were dirty.

I was very disappointed that I can no longer get my chicken salad sandwich in a pita pocket.

Our first time at this location. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Food was great and tasty. I would definitely come back again.

Jeers because you are no longer given a sack to put your take out salad bar in at the time of purchase…new rule by manager I’m told. Instead u have to make it, go stand in line again to get someone to bag it for you! Ridiculous! Not very customer friendly! It’s a great salad bar. So sad I won’t be coming back.

Love coming in for the salad bar. It's always well stocked and everything looks fresh. Staff are friendly and keep the joint pretty clean.

This location is nothing short of stellar. The food is amazing, but the service is even better! We’ll keep coming back to this location every time.

The manager is an amazing human being (I do not remember her name but she was working tonight, September 5th) and the food is always phenomenal! I usually get the cali club but sometimes make modifications, also the salad bar hits every time. The soups are a must have, broccoli cheddar and the tomato one are 10/10! I was able to try the cheesecake for the first time today and I will definitely have to get it again it was delicious!

Very disappointed. Wrong order. Ordered a Ruben got home and it was a pastrami. Potato soup didn’t have cheese or bacon. Order wasn’t ready. Took an extra 20 mins. Really the worst

This is a great Jason's Deli, my parents actually choose this location over the other's in our area! They are normally pretty busy at lunchtime, however, the employees have things under control. Food is served in a timely manner, orders are correct, and food is good!

Fri 648pm. Black female employee not wearing mask. Against state mandate and unacceptable.

Thurs 1133 am. Same female employee taking off mask every time she speaks.

Please remove me from your Grubhub delivery platform. Your orders are not ready at promised time thus resulting in late deliveries for customers

Wednesday 115pm. My order prepared by young black woman with red hair and ear bud in right ear. She prepared my order. Then she was on her phone for two minutes, then handed me my order. Why?

Joya (Manager) runs a solid operation. Her staff are trained well for quality and good customer service. The salad bar was one of the best I've seen in a long time. The salad bar lady (I think her name is Maria) kept the bar full with fresh vegetables and very clean. We highly recommend it.

Very dirty store.not like it use to be.plates and silverware old and nasty. Never again for me. Eat at your own risk

It's what I've come to expect from any Jason's Deli I've been to. Solid choice to go eat at.

We ran into Jason's Deli this week for a quick bite to eat this week and received the best service! Joya, Jason's Deli store manager was an absolute delight. Joya was friendly, patient and kind. My daughter (10 years old) wanted to build her own sandwich and was unsure of what she wanted, Joya went above for her. She took the extra time to show her all of the breads, and explain to her how to order it, even offering up some delicious suggestions. She also reminded us about the free ice cream and encouraged us to grab some on the way out.
Joya made our night, we will for sure be back! Thanks Joya!

I had an issue with my sandwich few weeks ago, let me say it wasn’t at any fault of anyone making my sandwich. It just so happened that the sandwich I ordered was more fat than meat. (Pastrami) I called the store and spoke with Joy who advised next time I was in the area to let them know I spoke to her and my info would be in the office.

I went today to get my replacement sandwich. Once again I spoke with Joy and she remembered our conversation. She quickly took care of me and made sure I was satisfied with my sandwich and services before I left. Joy thanks for an amazing Customer Service experience. It’s very far and few in between in today’s world.

Place seems like it is in need of a make-over. The staff was not helpful when we got there. Stood at the register for too long while staff walked right by not even recognizing us. Although the service was sub-par and place was a bit dated, Jason's Deli sandwiches are great.the one redeeming quality.

I had not gotten a chance to eat today and the ladies went above and beyond to get my order correct and make sure my food was fresh and hot upon me eating it. Thanks, today was rough but yall made it much better!
