You should not make your delivery drivers make drinks for customers it’s not our responsibility as we do not order the food for them and it is not very comfortable to put that responsibility on us. We are only paid to deliver not make drinks put lids take the time and all of that stuff.

Love Jason's and am a frequent diner. Great selection of sandwiches and the salad bar offers a great variety of tasty additions. The soft serve ice cream is definitely a plus.

This is the saddest "grilled cheese" I have had in a long while. The cheese was very thinly sliced, and the bread was barely grilled. I ordered the tomato basil soup, too, and it was good. The grilled cheese was a disappointment.

Dine here weekly. Employee, Nancy, remembers me and talks to Mt by name when I walk in. Service is always spectacular.

Staff thinks it’s hilarious to gather around to gawk at transgender people & joke amongst each other. Humiliated my wife while she was picking up an order. Is this the atmosphere you want for not only customers, but staff? Guess it doesn’t pay enough to mind your business:)

Witnessed staff abusing a grubhubber. Ruined the meal. Should have just spit it on the floor. Get bent.

Absolutely treated horribly by staff because I was trans, looking at other reviews this is a common happening, on top of that my food was cold and tasted about as good as the employees attitudes. Never coming here again

Salad bar was really fresh. The restaurant was clean even though it was busy. Staff was friendly

I understand that this place is probably short staffed but the one in Fort Worth is a lot better and they keep the tables clean even though they're probably very busy on Sundays they always manage to somehow keep the tables clean so more of their customers can come in. This Jason's in Alliance wasn't as busy as it normally is on Sundays and when I came and I counted six tables were not clean and there was not a cleaner person to clean the dishes off those tables right away.

My husband and I frequently go to this location for a quick lunch. I am always pleased by the service and positive attitude from the staff. Nancy in particular is always so sweet and welcoming. All the managers are also very attentive and caring. I just can't say enough positive things about our visits! Thank you all!

This location is always clean and pretty fast paced. Sad they got rid of the chicken tortilla soup.

Come here often but todays experience deserves a strong 5 star review with Brayen’s service. From greeting to food delivery, this gentleman was awesome. Recognize this employee for good greatness in servicing customers!

Service is always great! They have fresh ingredients at the salad bar and a variety. Place is clean and neat.

Order 1 pound of pastrami. Was charged for 1LB. But got home and only had 14.79 ounces. Was over-charged $1.11. (If they do this to Every customer that order a deli sandwich, this could be a BIG deal).
Of the slightly less than 1LB of meat, almost 2 oz of it was Extremely fatty/large solid pieces of fat.and most of it was the fatty portion of the slice and too much of it wasn't even Whole slices of meat.
(Don't bother asking for a take out menu, they will print out a screen shot of the computer screen and it will cut off the left/right sides so you can't see all of the ingredients, price or calories for 1/3 of the menu items).
