Such friendly vet techs, nurses and front desk. Brought my little sister in for her first round of shots and throughout the whole visit, my little Luna was calm and relaxed. Thanks for the awesome service!

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a veterinarian. They asked questions constantly about my feeding and medication procedure. NEVER examined my dog! Not one time. Michler or whatever his name is, swabbed his ear (no exam) and the vet tech left with the swab. I was never given an oral or written result of any lab work. The vet questioned me and informed me that unless I got his recommended feed and bought heart worm prevention from them that the ear problem would never be resolved. I said “so you can’t do anything to fix his ear? ” He replied, “no”. I got up and left and was charged $70+ for nothing. Absolutely nothing. Didn’t even give me a diagnosis of my dog’s problem. Pretty sure it wouldn’t have mattered what the diagnosis I would have still been treated with disrespect and subjected to these upsale tactics.
Oh, and in case you read this…. My ivermectin dosage for heart worm is 16X the Heartgard dosage. Not 100,000X, as you so rudely stated. Did the research and am pretty good at basic math. Don’t know if you are not or just scamming people who unknowingly trust you but either way, shame on you

I really feel Jasper Animal Hospital offers excellent care for a reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and up front with the costs. Also, they were very knowledgeable.
I usually take my dogs to another vet, but due to an emergency I needed care fast, and Jasper agreed to see me. I may need to go there for regular care as well.

I love this animal hospital! I got the date wrong of my appointment today! DUH ON ME! Anyway, everytime I come in with my dashound/ pit bull mix. Yes, she is very short and tough lol! They treat her like she is their own pet! Always so nice, gentle, professional, caring, and treat me the same! Their prices are competitive and reasonable. The receptionists are always so nice on the phone as well as when you check in and out!

Malachi at Jasper animal called and gave my wife an update stating that our baby was doing good, but he was also very very hesitant. He said our dog was improving and showing great signs recovering. I was informed she tested negative for Parvo and received numerous shots. Next Morning, we get a call saying our dog died. We feel lied to and betrayed and something must be done.

Took my cat cici to be spayed! Had never been there before because our normal vets office is on lockdown right now. They where very friendly and made sure to explain everything im very pleased with them. Thank you for taking good care of cici
