Javaman Coffee reviews
26Excellent service all the time, the owner Mike and his wife are very nice folks. The Beignets and coffee is.
Just different which is nice. Coffee and espresso have very nice and distinct taste.
Super friendly staff. Pastries and breakfast items at the main location are phenomenal!
Visiting the area from out of town and this is the only coffee shop that wasn’t Starbucks or McDonald’s. Turns out I would’ve been better off going to the Valero across the street for coffee. Service was terrible, cashier wasn’t well informed on their own products. Smallest size cappuccino they offered was a 12oz which is 4 more oz’ than a cappuccino should be. Got a Drip coffee black, which should be fine, but would’ve been better with cream. Overall: not the best experience.
I actually visited the location inside the Atoscocita HEB and boy I tell you what Mark has some incredibly tasting coffee. I'm always a fan of cold brew especially on a hot Texas summer day and his is some of the best I've had. It's a bold flavor without being too much and very little bitterness. Of course that's typical of cold brews so I can't wait to come back and try an espresso. Also really happy to see something other than Starbucks inside a grocery store. Mark, the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful and greeted me and my wife with much kindness. Blessings to you and your team, and happy Fourth of July!
Loved the service and the coffee. Did I mention the Grilled cheese, egg sandwich had me wanting more.
Came in from out of town for a few days and this is the closest coffee shop that wasn’t starbucks so I decided to give it a try. I was a bit skeptical going in since they have different sized cappuccinos and the smallest is a 12oz (which is already more than a traditional cappuccino). My skepticism proved me right, coffee was absolutely terrible, wish I could add a picture when I asked for no foam and the cup was still HALF foam. Also got a drip coffee and an iced coffee, The drip still had coffee grounds at the bottom when we dumped it out, and the iced coffee was so awful we just returned it instead of throwing a full cup in the trash. The cashier didn’t know how to answer any questions we had asked without asking the “barista” and even she was confused. Just an overall bad experience. Really would have rather driven 30 minutes to get better coffee, or not had it at all.
