My husband worked there for a few months. The dispatch is absolutely horrible. Learning hours of service would really help! This has definitely been a Learning experience. They do not give you all details, they don't train or explain anything. The only reason they even get a 1 star is because you have to rate to leave review. We will definitely be doing background reach. They will take every little thing out of your settlement without letting you know. Horrible! Absolutely Horrible!

Great company! Ran into a problem at our delivery tonight our load information showed delivery at midnight, however the receiver told us our load was scheduled to deliver 4 days from today. There is a gentleman in the after hours department named Mark that was very professional and helped coordinate with the receiving office's supervisor to get our truck worked in tonight and keep us moving in time for our next pickup. Overall a great company to do business with. Very pleased with their service, even paid us detention for this load while we were stuck dealing with the delay.

I used to work with them, as an owner operator i preffer the meat side more than affiliated and i was getting affiliated alot so thats why i left, i understand though, their biggest contract is with affiliated and thats how their company is growing, i would go back if they give me the meat loads again. David trimble and shane are good people, dispatchers do their job right even though someone them are a little hard to work with but over all its a good company, after fuel and all expenses you can average 3k a week if you run good, once i made 7k after everything.

Jax Transport is a great place to work! If you're an OTR driver or a driver who has thought about expanding your experience to OTR work, if you want a "family" feel in the workplace, and if you are willing to stay on the road, I guarantee you that you will make money and get good support.

I'm not trying to blow smoke here. This has been my honest experience with management, dispatch, safety, and accounting. The key is communication. Do that, and everything is fine.

Jax is a fantastic employer. It's been my experience that Shane Redline is a caring owner, he supports his drivers.

I drive one of David Trimble's trucks. He is the GM and I am a company driver. Hands down the best boss I've ever worked for.

From Trinity to Lori to Mel to Ronnie to Nick to Donna to Kayla to Sable to Allen to Vince to all of dispatch to Nichole and Erin And Bailey and Tabra and all of accounting, and EVERYONE in the organization, I have a FAMILY.

I came from the oilfield. FIRST TIME over the road. The support is phenomenal. Come work for Jax for at least 90 days. I've been here five months. This is home.

I can't believe I almost forgot to mention! Anthony, Jon, Chance, Seth, all of the Jax Mechanics! The best. Truly. They get right on it when a problem arises.

Our journey with Jax Transport LLC began September 2019. Jax Transport helped us ease into the Owner Operator industry and continue to help us grow. We were given an opportunity to manage our own schedule deciding whether to run OTR (over the road) or run local in Texas.

As a company, Jax provides several payroll deduction services:
- fuel cards,
- their own Mechanic shop (serviced our truck once - GREAT job)
- tire purchase program,
- health care benefits provided (optional, self paid) and
- all lumper fees covered (company paid 100%).

Overall, working with Jax has been a great experience. Thank you Dispatch for always ensuring we have a load to and from in a timely manner. We look forward to a prosperous partnership.

Best Regards,

I have been an owner-op with Jax for 2 years now. They work hard to make sure my business succeeds. If I need something they really try to help. Great family atmosphere and friendly people to work with.

Worst company I've ever worked for. Didn't get paid for downtime multiple times, terrible communications with each other. Still trying to get the money they owe me back

Good company. Hard deliveries, lots of work sometimes good miles. The dispatch listens to my griping but works with it. Or ignores it. (Haha) always willing to get things fixed and repaired. If you’re looking for more home time, this is the place. If you’re looking for easy loads, ask for meat loads. If you’re not afraid of hard work, haul groceries. Can’t be a lazy person here. Allsups and Lowe’s deliveries. The office people are nice and try to as helpful as possible.
